Sage, the owner came out for a termite inspection. He was professional & thorough & quoted a very good price to do the treatment. Today his daughter, Alyssa, is here doing pest control spraying & setting rodent traps. She has been just GREAT & SO sweet! Tomorrow they will do the termite treatment & weed treatment & I expect that will go equally as well. So far this family owned company has exceeded my expectations in EVERY way!! I am looking forward to having all my pest control & weed control done by one company that I can trust! Their pricing is very competitive & I love the fact that they are a family business for over 25 years!

Got stung by a bark scorpion on Friday. Not fun. A family member recommended Sage. He came out quickly, and thoroughly went over our home to determine how they could be getting in and what we could do about it. He was friendly, knowledgeable, on-time, and was a great communicator as well as reasonably priced. I will sleep MUCH better at night knowing he is on the job! Will definitely recommend and use his services in future.

Beware, we had a large national company before Local Choice that would show up and sit in their vehicle and have the report done before they arrived and then drive off 5 minutes later without servicing our property. We will NEVER use any Pest Control Service other than Local Choice. The owner Sage, and his wife Lisa are amazing humans! We had a scorpion issue at our new home and they came out the next day, no contract and started the process of remedying our issue. Sage was patient, SUPER KNOWLEDGEABLE, and spent a good two hours at our home between walking the perameter, servicing our home, and educating us! Do yourself a favor- call Local Choice and don't get locked into a BS contract with random service techs who pretend to be spectacular!
They also offer organic and safer products than most pest control companies.

Sage is very friendly, knowledgeable, honest and on time. He explains his services and the cost up front. There are no contracts and you can do monthly or bi monthly service. I love that he offers organic pest control that is safe for pets and kids. He can help with pests and bugs an since using him we haven't seen any bugs alive around the house. We highly recommend his small, family owned business!
