My experience with Black Mountain AC was excellent. The tech was professional, friendly and courteous. Everything was handled quickly and efficiently from setting an appointment to completion of the HVAC system maintenance.

Black Mountain Cooling is an awesome company. Our AC was out one evening. I contacted Bob, the owner. He responded right away and told me that one of us could get by there the next morning for sure, and that the office would reach out in the morning. Sure enough, Carla called to tell me that Evan will be out sometime in the morning. Evan diagnosed it and found it was a compressor. Ben drove to Mesa to pick it up and replaced it. They worked diligently and with urgency and did an excellent job. The warranty covered both the labor and the part. Highly recommend the Black Mountain Cooling.
