Great company!! I appreciate the crews taking time to listen and address issues I have. They don't just do a " blow and go " like a few of other landscapers we have hired. Always communicative and knowledgeable. Just wonderful!

Bought a beautiful large standing pot but it wasnt right for the space so we brought it back a few days later to exchange for a similar (but more expensive one). The ladies in the shop refused to exchange the pot, pointed at the “no returns” signs, which we hadnt seen on our initial visit & that was that. Wouldnt even discuss a solution! Very rude...obviously not interested in satisfied or repeat customers!

I purchased a pot for $29 dollars but when I got it home the color did not go with my other decor. The next day I wanted to exchange for another pot that I had previously seen the cost $59. Nothing about no exchanging or refunds or all sales final on the receipt. They had a sign behind the cash register stating all sales final. Who can see coming into the dark after walking in the bright sunlight? Not me, an old woman with poor eye sight and sunglasses on. Who has such poor customer service? I left the $29 pot with them as I have no use for it. I hope the owners enjoy losing my business and gaining my loathing.

I have been using this company for Landscaping for about a year now. I have been very pleased with the job that they have done so far. They are always polite and if I ask them to do some thing they get it done I wanted to give special props to their workers for filling the water buckets I have out for the animals in the area. This is a tough business to keep workers, but they have always continue to do a good job even with rotating employees. And they are always very nice to my dogs.😁

Generally when I go into Home Depot I have a fabulous time but I must say when I went into the garden center in Cave Creek I was totally Blown Away with disappointment! There were employees milling around and not a single one asked me if they could help me in any way, there was an older gentleman that also needed help and he stood around and stood around and no one asked him either. An entire rack a beautiful sunflowers were dying they were right out in the sun and they hadn't been watered in I don't know how long! They were dry as a bone! I asked an employee to please page a manager so I could talk to him,, and he never paged a manager. When I paid for my purchases the cashier had to page the manager for me,, the manager never came out so I had to go and find a manager and bring him out to the Garden Center to show him the terrible condition his plants were in. And all I got was some automated excuse as to why he couldn't water them! Those plants were $20 a piece and I wouldn't give you 20 cents for them now! What is happening at The Cave Creek Home Depot? When I go into the other Home Depots in the valley they are wonderful,, you better step up your Game Cave Creek!

Went to cave creek home depot to buy 3 palettes of pavers.
On the computer they can see they have enough but they can’t find where they are.
Also the people who drives the forklift should not be doing this job because you can see they are not happy, very bad customer service
