We are A new client with Scottsdale pools. Can’t say enough good about this company the owners the and their staff. Joe is our pool technician and has amazing. Communication is always friendly and if anything is different or out of the norm, he either comes to your door to talk to you or gives you a phone call before he leaves. If you’re needing a pool company, Scottsdale pool is where you should go.

Scottsdale Pools delivered the pool of our dreams. The whole process was fun from start to finish! Dustin helped us design a pool that truly met all of our requests! And the best part was there were no surprises! This could not have been a better experience.

Our pool was in dire help of renovation, but the nightmare stories of bad experiences with companies were frustrating. Dustin VanHoffmann’s name was referred to us and we were told we would not be disappointed! And that was an understatement! Dustin was attentive as the owner of his company from day ONE to the very last day. He texted pictures of daily updates as we were out of town for the rebuild. Scottsdale Pools recently remodeled our pool and patio area. They resurfaced the pool interior, installed new tile, and laid all new decking. In addition, they built a new flower bed, replaced all outdoor lighting and irrigation. Their work was impeccable! They were timely and extremely neat. I would highly recommend them. We couldn’t be happier with the project!

Scottsdale pools was fabulous! They finished our new spa faster than expected and Dustin was SO easy to work with! Always immediately responsive and easy to communicate with. And the spa is beautiful! The workers were great and polite. Scottsdale Pools also takes care of our pool. I recommend them highly!

Working with Scottsdale pools went very well. Given we were out of town for much of the project, we were kept informed via email, text and pictures which was especially helpful. The project was completed in a timely fashion which was great since we had an event planned. The quality was good and the owner of the company, Dustin, was accessible and informative. Dustin addressed any issues we had following completion of the project and we have since decided to use his group for our continued maintenance.

Scottsdale Pools completed our swimming pool / backyard build in October of 2023 and we couldn't be happier. The entire process only took 4 months! The initial design was top notch and included everything we wanted after just one design consultation. Dustin and his team were here almost everyday and we never had a problem with communication. I highly recommend this company!

Dustin and Joe at Scottsdale Pools have been terrific. They communicate well and are priced fairly. Joe keeps our water chemistry in balance. Scottsdale Pools should be on your list of companies to interview if you're looking for someone to do weekly maintenance.

SCOTTSDALE POOLS LLC- is SOOOOO MUCH MORE than just a pool company. It is truly the BEST IN THE BIZ!! They are a family owned and operated business. They were referred to me by 2 people! My amazing pool maintenance company-TLC Pool Service and Repair -Deron! Deron is super picky and been in the pool business forever. He only works with Scottsdale Pools-Dustin. My neighbor also referred him and I watched them at work and was so impressed. They designed and built our neighbors beautiful pool and back yard. We already had a pool/spa but it needed resurfaced-going from plaster to pebble tec sheen. We also needed a great deal of tile repair. WOW! Scottsdale Pool exceeded our expectations-which were already set very high! Dustin the owner came out initially to go over every detail. He is outstanding in his field. He is SO knowledgeable and answered all of our many questions. He explained the entire process. He told us what day his crew would be out to demo the pool. They showed up at 7:00am (as soon as HOA allowed). They worked non stop until the pool and spa was completely chipped out. Everything was hauled away that day! Next came his amazing tilers-Dago and Cindy. They did the mortar, set, grout and sealed waterline tile. They also repaired tile and rebuilt the entry way. Lastly was the application of the BEAUTIFUL Pebble Tec Sheen. We actually had Dustin pick out the tile bc he has amazing taste and so much experience. I am so glad we had him choose bc it looks absolutely gorgeous! Dustin was in constant contact throughout the process. I was in awe of the entire process and the work ethic of his crews. I knew I was in good hands bc I watched a HUGE project go in at my neighbors. I certainly was in the best hands and I am forever grateful for this incredible company who stands way above the rest! The photos will speak for themselves-he revived my pool area-like no other! Scottsdale Pools checked ALL OF THE BOXES-highest quality product and staff, talented artist tilers, extraordinary crews, competitive priceand the world’s best owner! We have had multiple contractors come to help us troubleshoot our pool heat pump to improve heating of our lap pool. Heat pump was rebuilt by on contractor, Pentair Propane heater added by another, both serviced by another with intermittent proper operation by both systems. Dustin came out in one visit made several adjustments and recommended changes to control settings. All systems are operational consistently for the first time. Dustin’s knowledge and expertise is awesome. His team has been servicing our pool and it has never been cleaner. Scottsdale Pool Design and Service is an outstanding business.

From our first meeting with Dustin through completion of our full backyard renovation we felt completely comfortable. Dustin offered design suggestions to enhance our vision. He is clear with expectations and costs for requested changes are upfront. We are thoroughly enjoying our new space and know we will for years to come! We highly recommend Scottsdale Pools and would absolutely hire them again!
