I wanted to take a moment to recognize the outstanding service provided by Evan from American Ice Machine.
Evan spent a considerable amount of time carefully diagnosing and fixing our ice maker, and his level of dedication truly stood out. He walked me through everything he was doing with clear, thoughtful explanations, which made the entire process transparent and reassuring. It’s rare to find someone who combines technical expertise with such patience and professionalism.
What impressed me even more was the fairness of the pricing, especially given the time, effort, and attention to detail he put into the job. There was never a sense of rushing or cutting corners, just a genuine commitment to getting things done right.
