There’s a gentleman there who was super amazing, I just didn’t catch his name. Julie was disrespectful, rude and stuck up. She had a major attitude for no reason and I didn’t appreciate it. Hopefully she has a better day tomorrow.

Customer Service is a "Pain" at this location and I did not get my second estimate on carpet .Bad customer service! Look for ur flooring needs else where. I went in to select carpet after paying $50 to be measured. I wanted to know the cost of carpet A on the top floor and carpet B on the bottom floor and the cost of just carpet A for both floors, so 2 quotes. While the employee was on the phone with the measure people the employee said "sorry to be pain, but they want a quote for 2 different carpets" If requesting 2 quotes is a Pain u don't deserve my business nor the $10k I was prepared to spend in flooring. They never sent me the quote for carpeting with just carpet A. After being in the store for an hour.

The price for the artificial grass replacement was good, they showed up on time and did a good job.

Happy with responsiveness of the provider, but wish they were more integrated with my home Depot purchase instead of coming out at trying to sell me a water heater themselves at 4x my cost from home Depot.

Justin from Collins Comfort was great. He took the time to explain the issue and the resolution. He corrected the issue with the blown fuse and installed my new thermostat quicker than I had expected.

I wish I had read reviews before embarking on using HD's Home Services. Six month nightmare just to have simple countertops installed.
    1) The worst communication in any industry I've ever dealt with.
    2) Again - the absolute worst communication. Sometimes multiple weeks before they would respond.
    3) Lies! You pick out a product in store only to be told by Home Services "we can't provide that", then upsell you on something else.
    4) The sales people don't care, the managers don't care, customer service doesn't care.
    5) After all was said and done (6 months!!!) I was called for a survey and asked to speak with a manager. Left a kind voicemail and again, NO RETURN CALL.
I love Home Depot but I'm warning you, their Home Services division is absolutely the worst. Would not recommend to change a lightbulb.
    Thx

The choice of carpet and price was spot on for my needs.
Scheduling the installation was true to offered time frame. The installation crew was so fast, precise and professional. I would recommend you to family and friends.

There are employees who like doing their job. Then there are employees who love doing their job. Employees who go above and beyond for customers. Such Employee is a gentlemen by the name of Javier Figueroa. I was looking for a particular lightbulb and Mr Figueroa pointed me in the correct direction. I am clueless about these newer lights but Mr Figueroa described the difference between these newer bulbs and the older ones. Explained to me how cost effective these bulbs would be in our new home. And described step by step how to install it. At other stores I was pretty much ignored or not helped because it was such a miniscule item. Mr. Figueroa on the other hand realized how important it was I get this item home. Also that I get the correct one. He let me know that there are no such thing as dumb questions. I felt very comfortable telling him all my concerns and doubts about this item. Unlike at the other store where I was made to feel dumb about asking these questions. I have been shopping at Lowe's for many years now. However, thanks to Mr Figueroa for making my bad situation, into a positive situation. I will no longer be shopping at Lowes. I will now be shopping exclusively at Home Depot for all my project necessities. Thank you Mr Figueroa and the Home Depot team.

Great Guy at paint department *****!
But only one guy running crazy, I went to front and asked for manager, no where to be found.* no qualified help for the guy in paint dept. No wonder why people quit. Corporate should do something...

Don't bother getting a security door installed from here. First the measuring guy quoted us to move the doorbell which wasn't necessary and failed to tell us that our door casing would create a gap. Then once the door was installed there are more than 1 inch gaps that while I mentioned during scheduling with the Home Depot staff how important it was to get an extended threshold to close up a gap against lizards which was a major issue for me, the associate failed to let me know that when I signed something saying the door wasn't for pest control during measuring (I understood pests to mean bugs not critters) that there would still be gaps that this would be possible. Now as we are trying to figure out how to get this fixed the Home Depot's associate's response to me was that she doesn't normally sell stock doors. I would think this would be something important to help customers understand and avoid frustration. I guess the commercials are true about associates knowing nothing about the products they are selling to actually help customers. I doubt all of the time my husband and I are spending on the phone with the installer and Home Depot will come to anything.

I’m not sure which company I’ve been asked to review so I’ll leave comments for both Home Depot and the installer, Parker and Sons.

The water heater was purchased at Home Depot and was installed in Chandler, AZ by Parker and Sons, the local contractor for Home Depot.
The purchase price and experience was about as expected. However, I was disappointed with the installation which I feel was overpriced, slow and sloppy.

4 stars for Home Depot, 2 stars for Parker and Sons.
