Had the owner out to quote a project, he came looked at the project and said he would have to think about how he was going to do it. He took a picture of the project and said he would provide a quote in a day. It’s been two weeks and nothing a word back from them. I would not recommend them.

Excellent work!!! Ron repaired some caulk and grout issues we had in our shower and bath bowl counter area. He also recaulked/sealed around the kitchen sink. He is very meticulous and even grouted some areas in the shower that we had not noticed needed repairing. Those additional areas were not included on his proposal, but he did NOT charge us for the repair of them. After he left, we noticed some caulk residue on the bath and kitchen counters that we were unable to remove. We called the office and within 1/2 hour he returned and removed the residue. We would highly recommend him for caulk and grout repair. Since we did not have him clean our floor tile, we cannot vouch for his work in that regard; however, if we were to need him for floor tile cleaning, we would not hesitate to contact him.

I had a fantastic experience with Grout Lines USA! Ron and his wife Connie were both incredibly professional, punctual, and friendly throughout the entire process. Connie made scheduling easy and convenient, and Ron did outstanding work. He repaired some floor tiles and completely redid the caulking in my bathtub, making sure everything was sealed properly to prevent any leaks. The quality of the work really shows, and I appreciate his attention to detail and care. I highly recommend Grout Lines USA and will definitely call them again for future projects!

Roswell arrived on time, which I really appreciated, he was professional and friendly throughout the visit. He was knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything clearly, making the whole process easy to understand. It was a pleasure working with a company that combines expertise with excellent customer service. Highly recommend!

This was an excellent experience and I’ll start off by saying that I highly recommend this company and these two technicians.

Kyle was the lead technician and Dakota was the other technician. These two men were extremely knowledgeable of their product and the process for sealing our ventilation ducts. They introduced themselves, explained exactly what they were going to do and how they were going to do it, asked if I or my wife had any questions, then promptly got to work.

They thoroughly answered any questions I had without being annoyed by them. On the contrary, they seemed very eager to engage in conversation and explain their product, what they were doing, and why they were doing what they were doing. They were technicians and teachers!

Both Kyle and Dakota were very polite and respectful. They went out of their way to make sure that our house was left as clean as when they entered it. They provided contact information and encouraged us to contact them with any further questions.

Again, I highly recommend them, their company, and this product without reservation.

Kyle and team came to seal our ducts. After doing the initial leakage test Kyle recommended that they not proceed with the Aeroseal application since our ducts did not exhibit a lot of leakage. I appreciate their honest recommendation. They also were very personable, professional, and cleaned up when they were done. I would certainly recommend them if you need duct sealing services.

The two gentlemen that came out and sealed my ac ducts were professional, on time, and explained the process and results in a way I could understand. Would recommend 10/10

We had an amazing experience with Aeroseal! They were prompt, courteous, competent and very clean. They walked us through everything they were to do and what they did. They left everything spotless and in better condition than what they found. I would recommend them to everyone, without hesitation!!

The team was polite professional and courteous. We experienced an utility outage, no power. Thankfully the team already had a generator on hand and was able to complete the work without disruption. Kyle and Derek were punctual and courteous. They worked efficiently and expertly. The process was relatively quiet and they cleaned up really well when they left.

They discovered that I had significant leakage in the ducts and provided me with the pre- and post- sealing information to compare their work results. It was incredible to see how much more efficiently the air conditioning units were running. In addition, you can't even hear when the units are running. With the sealant, there are no air leaks which make more noise than you realize!

Five stars on the techs. Professional and courteous! They were efficient, able to answer all questions, and demonstrated the air flow increase after the duct sealing. Won’t know if the actual service helps the actual efficiency of the ac until we get a few bills.

Kyle and Gabe were professional and kind. There was some confusion about the job because the person who sold from it Parker and Sons didn’t note that we had two HVAC systems. The Aeroseal team handled that mistake with poise and patience. They offered many solutions. In the end we are very satisfied with their work and the results. They brought leakage in our historic home from 17% down to 1% which is apparently better than many new builds. Highly recommend!
