I’m changing my review to 1 star after my latest experience. Was told that someone would be at my place today at noon for a walk-through and to get a quote for a clean on Tuesday. Nobody showed up and received no communication that they would be late or couldn’t make it, so I was just waiting around. Contacted them at 1:00 and didn’t hear back - finally got a response 8 hours later saying they can come tomorrow. No thanks you wasted my time all day today!

Updating to 4 stars as I ended up finding more places they missed cleaning. Overall the job was done well but they didn’t clean inside one of the bathroom vanities, missed 1 window, left a lot of streaks on some of the other windows and missed one of the fans. Overall they did pretty good and the price was very fair so will leave at 4 stars

Beware of these housekeepers! I had a very similar experience to Dawn Lofgren. If you’re lucky one will speak English and it’s broken at best, even if you use a translating app, they still might choose not to listen. I have health issues and a lot of trouble moving so housekeeping is very difficult and I am unable to vacuum and clean things up high and change my sheets. I used this Housekeeping Company a while back when I had an Airbnb and, they were really good, I had to inspect and keep on top of them, but the owner always sent people back if needed. However, when it came to my personal space it was very different. This time around, she was extremely concerned that I leave a review and I asked her to give me the name of her company in order for me to do so and nothing so I didn’t. They were hired to vacuum my home, one bedroom and furniture because I have dogs, dust ceiling fans, and change my sheets. The first time was OK, but it was good enough and I didn’t want to find someone new. The second time was amazing, four girls showed up and did an amazing job. The third time the first two girls came again and I wanted her to put a mattress cover on top of a mattress cover and not change it out. She had a ton of trouble understanding, so I used a translation app and then she said said she understood. I was almost certain immediately they did not vacuum my couch, where my dogs primarily lay, but whatever I knew the floors were really dirty. Then I realize they didn’t change out my comforter cover and just put the new one over the dirty one. I text her immediately and said she needed to send someone back to fix it because I’m physically unable to do that and she did not answer. I do not have a third comforter cover and would not be able to provide a clean one if that was not fixed. As Dawn stated I feel I was taking advantage of because of my physical condition. I could’ve had something stolen, but honestly, I just would not notice nor do I have anything of value out. If you must, use this company for one or two times and it might be great or just OK(bc they want a positive review) but anything after that it’s not going to be worth the money or your time. Be wary of this company! Honestly, today I feel you have to be wary of almost every company because quality is quickly diminishing.
