Best pool service out there, serviced my pool for over 2 years. I'm moving, and that's the only reason why they're no longer needed. Highly recommend, you will not be disappointed.

I had Ken come over and check out a problem with my new vacuum. He fit me in the same day and addressed all my concerns and was extremely knowledgeable.

We have had them out to our home a couple of times and they are very professional and were honest about what needed to be done. Their price for the repair was reasonable as well. They are our go to pool company!

Excellent experience and would highly recommend Above All....Light was out in pool and wanted to get that fixed and a full DE filter cleaning but the service is fantastic and I ended up using them to sand blast the calcium line and acid wash the pool.....Looks Great!!!! Superb communication--cleaned up everything and asked for several biz cards to share with friends/neighbors......Extremely glad to use a company in Gilbert.......

Ken and Jason were terrific. Replaced pool pump, timer box, switch and provided great recommendations and information on proper pool care. Prompt, responsive and a pleasure to work with.

The water here in Mesa (and around the valley) is not the greatest and calcium and other junk had built up on our tile and water feature to the point where it looked awful. The famous “White bathtub ring”. Enter Ken and Above All Pool Care. I Googled “bead blasting in Mesa” and found Ken’s company and the excellent reviews. Ken came to our house to give us a very reasonable estimate and we scheduled the bead blasting and acid wash on our pebble tec pool. Ken and his son arrived 10 minutes early on the scheduled day and over the next 3 hours transformed our dingy, calcium covered pool back to the pristine condition it was when it was new. The sparkles in the pebble tec are back and the surface and tile look like they did when it was first installed in 2007. I HIGHLY recommend Ken and Above All Pool Care to make your dingy pool look brand ‘spankin new again!

I just bought a house with a pool and no idea what I was doing. I found these guys on Craigslist. They came out, drained the pool, pressure washed it (looks beautiful), replaced a broken coupling and valve and refilled it for $400. They even brought the chemicals and test equipment then walked me through maintaining the pool. The coupling was for a pump that was no longer made so they ran back and forth between the parts place and the pump more than a couple of times until they found the right one. They didn't charge extra for their service.

The team is a mom-and-pop-shop. They only do pool repair but they do it well. I am very happy with their pleasant attitude and great service.

I highly recommend Above All Pool Care. I moved away from AZ but kept my house there for a few years and rented it out. AAPC serviced the pool at my rental property. They were very timely to notify me of maintenance needs and their pricing is very reasonable. I never heard of any issues from the tenants so I know the pool was well taken care of.

Great to work with. Came out and did a drain and acid wash and noticed the gears on my pop-up in floor cleaning system weren't working. They did the acid wash, power washed the calcium build up on my tile and replaced the gears. Pool looks great and I would use these guys again if I have any pool issues down the road.

Was in a bind when another pool company did a bad job replacing a part on my filter. I called Above All Pool Care and spoke to Ken. He was out in less than an hour an immediately identified the problem and the next day it was fixed. Above All Pool Care was prompt and great to work with.

Ken answered a few questions about a pool inspection I had another company do. He was very polite took the time to review the report and was happy to help. I will definitely be using them once we close on our new home.

Love these guys, they really do go above and beyond. I've had Ken and his guys out on multiple occasions and each time they've been helpful, honest, and informative. Just today Ken came out to repair my motor, or so I thought... turns out it was just the capacitor, so he recommended I buy the cheap part myself and install it, rather than him having to charge me. He came all the way out to west Ahwatukee, and didn't charge anything. This kind of honesty keeps me coming back to them. If they ever have an opening for their maintenance service, they're who I'll be using.

We used this service for six months and had a terrible experience. Our pool started growing black algae in June. I called above all pool care in July to come look at the pool. They came and saw the pool and said they could take on the job no problems. Our black algae remained for months growing more and more. We noticed our pool guys hadn’t even showed up for weeks. Ken was alware our pool guy didn’t do the job for weeks but still had us pay our usual monthly fee and just reassigned a new pool guy. We told him about the black algae on the bottom of our pool and they said they had to treat the surface fist. Three months later the surface algae finally gotten taken care of and now we still have algae on the bottom which he now claims is just a stain.....! All in all our pool looks the same as before we had a pool service. Very disappointed in the unprofessionalism and lack of ability to do the job they said they could do.

Chad said would take care of install of device , 1st Tech came late to 1st Apt and was courteous to let that go, and then scheduled apt after full extended payment which was not disclosed, but still paid, Then Tech never showed up and when I called, they said should be coming, only to be told not coming. And would schedule later. Never scheduled now.

Chad's response is set of Lies - He promised he would install device as part of initial fee and backed out when I called him to schedule, Said I must pay and calls a delay of 1 day a late payment . 2nd - Tech never came on time 1st time " Text show running late" and so Facts means lies it seems. 3rd - Ken was informed that they are causing me delays on several issues and have missed on commitments' on all occasions - and if this is called belittling - I guess we should just shut our mouth and say Great service
Business will be reported to few more places.

Above All Pool Care is a excellent pool company! I'm so happy with their service! Stephen is the technician I have and he does a great job! He is very friendly, informative and efficient! My pool looks beautiful! I would highly recommend them!

You guys are the best. Thank you for a prompt response and following up, even though it was just debris you sent a qualified tech that was able to identify the problem quickly. On top of that he took the time to show me the problem and not swindle me. You guys are truelly and honestly the best pool company I have ever dealt with. Keep up the great work Ken.

We have been using Above All Pool Care for over 5 years now. We can depend on them showing up weekly on the appointed day, which is very nice. They have replaced pumps for us, pool sweepers, and they are always very competitive price-wise. Thanks, Ken and team!

I asked Ken to come out and take a look at the pop ups in my pool. He came the next morning, and figured out the problem, as well as noticing that my pump was leaking. He was able to get both items repaired the same day, and now my pool's working great.

I have dealt with Ken on two separate occasions. The first time, he came out and did an acid wash on my pool and it came out sparkling! (Another pool company had told me I needed to replaster it). The second time, he came out and fix all my leaks. He provided excellent service both times and I have found myself a new pool guy. I highly recommend him!

Working with Ken and his team has been excellent. Highly highly recommend Above All. :) I truly appreciated Ken's honesty and effort to fix equipment versus replacing entire systems. Anytime I've needed the team over to check something out and repair they communicate and hold to commitments. Above All is very reasonably priced for their weekly services well. Which is a major bonus for the service you receive.
