I am the owner of an Italian Restaurant “Pizza A Metro”. We have ran into a plumbing problem on Friday, the busiest day of the week. Our main water drain got plugged. We couldn’t use either the dishwasher nor sink. It was a complete disaster. I have called multiple companies, including our own plumber. 3 people showed up from 2 different companies and nobody was able to fix our problem. Luckily I was referred to Az Preferred Plumbing LLC. Marat was very professional and prompt. He sent out a technician within an hour. Ryan came out, evaluated the problem and fixed it. I was extremely happy with the promptness, customer service, delivery and affordable pricing. Fired my plumber and definitely will be using this company in the future. Highly recommend Az Preferred Plumbing LLC. Keep up with the awesomeness!!!

I suspect this review will be taken down as I notice there are no negative reviews for this company, that's a huge red flag and not a real thing for companies. I had them come to look at a back up, they advised it would cost me $500.00 to remove both my toilets to fix, I said I'll wait and go through my home warranty, paid the $49.00 service fee. Next day my Home warranty sent a plumber from another company, fixed it in 5 minutes using the same ground drain access. I called and requested a refund as either the plumber sent before did not know what he was doing or was trying to cheat me. They refused to give me refund and could not explain why the other plumber was able to fix it so quickly. Super shady, stay away.
