Had my old water heater swapped out for a new 50-gallon one today. It was middle of summer so this was perfect timing. The job didn’t take long and now the hot water’s working great without killing my electric bill. Nice to not have to think about it so I can get back to work. Will hit them up if I need any plumbing fixes later.

We weren’t getting enough hot water when back-to-back showers ran. Justin from Plumbers Near Me in Chandler swapped out our old heater for a bigger one. Took care of everything quickly, and now we have plenty of hot water without any wait. Works great!

I had an issue with my hot water heater and I gave them a call and they came right out and fixed my hot water heater. Their prices are amazing. Awesome customer service and excellent service and very quick at their work.

Our home warranty company recommended this company to come and inspect our dishwasher that wasn't working. It wasn't cleaning the dishes on the top rack and the pod was not injecting. We had had 3 different repair ppl out to look at it. It was then recommended that a Plummer come to inspect to check the water pressure. Luckily, we listened because it is FINALLY working after not working for 5 months. TY so much.

A recent previous failed other plumber left us high and dry after having employees call in sick repeatedly, I had had it and needed help, and fast. Bill took the call himself and confirmed he had previous slab leak experience. He confidently assured me the exact solution he and team delivered not less than 24 hours later. Thank you to ABC Plumbing and Bill, Wess, and Wade. They dug in deeper when it mattered, and exercised caution when required. Top notch service from 3 stand up guys; Good people right here. Have worked with other plumbers in the past and have been frustrated by waiting windows (they always come at the end) and high prices. Decided to do a web search and found ABC Plumbing and Rooter. Took a chance with a Friday afternoon call. The issue was not urgent, but they sent a tech out first thing Saturday morning. There was no "window" of time stuck at home, the tech (Rich) was prompt, friendly and took care of all of the issues in short order. The cost was extremely reasonable for the work done. Will definitely call ABC again and highly recommend their service!

Really miserable. I can't give 0 or negative points
Tried to use them (William/Bill) for warranty claim and after 30 hours of constant communication of me contacting them they denied coming home to fix the issue claiming that I denied the water check. Why should I be contracting another company and pay more money to another company for their (ABC plumbing) add backs when I don't even have an issue.
I clearly stated that there is just a leak from the sink and he recommends me to use another company for water check. He has too much work so he didn't want to do this call yesterday or today.
Will be calling my home warranty company and canceling the warranty too for dealing with such dubious plumbing companies

I had a plumbing emergency and after calling several companies, ABC was the only one that was willing to show up within the hour. I was apprehensive about using them based on the other Google reviews but I had no choice so I gave them a shot. My experience was great--the repairman showed up quickly, he was NOT a toothless tattooed guy but rather a very friendly and professional individual who fully explained what the problem was and how it could be solved, and the repair was completed quickly and correctly. I have no complaints about the price either, which I consider to be absolutely reasonable for the service provided. In short--I don't usually write reviews and I think that's true of most customers that have good experiences but I felt compelled to do so in this case because I don't think the reviews this company has received on Google are entirely fair or representative of what the average experience is like. I will call them again in the future.

I have used ABC plumbing for a variety of jobs (repairs, renovations etc.) for my business and have nothing but good things to say about these guys.

Simply put;
Fast- They're quick to respond, they're quick on site, and they're quick to get the job done without sacrificing proper workmanship. There's never been a time where they're standing around trying to catch a breather or smoking a cigarette like some other companies I've used.

Friendly- From speaking with the receptionist on the phone to the actual repairmen. You'll never sense the slightest bit of attitude or annoyance. This is something to me that speaks a lot about character.

Reliable- I can depend on ABC to take care of business. Never have to keep tabs, never have to call and bug them about anything. Their work is great and they get the job done right the first time.

This review is far overdue and I feel like this company deserves some proper recognition.

If you have to have your toilet augered I can highly recommend their services. Rene in the office was very helpful and accommodating when I had to change my original appointment, Matt and Wade arrived on time and were both polite and personable, and Wade got the blockage out on the first try. They were in and out in 5 or 10 minutes. A completely positive experience. I would prefer to avoid a repeat performance though, so in future I will be certain to close the toilet lid before flushing!

I needed a plumber to replace a water heater that failed during the warranty period, and chose this company off of the list of recommended plumbers on the Rheem website. ABC Plumbing did a good job replacing the water heater, but the price for the labor was extremely expensive. The water heater warranty covered the cost of the heater, but not the labor. The labor for this job cost me more that it cost to replace the entire water heater (parts AND labor) 5 years ago. I won't be using this plumber again.

ABC Plumbing provided courteous and professional technicians who were informative about the water heater system, etc. Billy and Wess arrived on time and completed the installation of a new tank quickly and carefully. I was very pleased with this service.

I had 3 estimates from 3 different companies to add a main shut off valve to my house. ABC not only beat all 3 estimates and did a fantastic job very quickly, but they were very knowledgeable and friendly. I would highly recommend ABC for all of your plumbing needs!
