Amazing! When we called for a repair on our 10+ year old gas stove, never did i even expect this level of SERVICE. This man that came to our home, Cameron, not only fixed our problem, but managed to fix problems that came with the gas stove when we purchased this home years ago. The first time i used the gas GE XL44, i fell back in love again! For all of you who have an electric stove, you have no idea how efficient this unit is. When it is on, it's on; but when it's off, it's truly off! No worries about kids getting burnt, unless you aren't observant. True even heat on all burners and oven. When you hear about customer service at any place of business nowadays, all companies should send their employees here to observe what the word 'service' really means. I enjoyed rapid service for my Whirlpool freezer that was very efficient and surprisingly more affordable than I had expected. Despite four hour service window, arrival estimates and text messaging of impending arrival were extremely accurate. Diagnosis of problem was quick, solution identified, and resolution all occurred within 72 hours despite not having the part in stock. Not the first time I’ve used Appliance Repair, and I would highly recommend their service to others. Jonny was very courteous and professional, and clearly explained the problems and repair potential for all the appliances involved. All aspects of repair vs replacement were discussed to obtain an informed decision. Scheduling was fast without extended wait time.

My Appliance Repair Pro was amazing! They came on really short notice to assess the issue and did a vent cleaning as well then ordered the part needed which came in half the time originally estimated. Not only was our issue fixed, our technician helped us with steps to take in preventative maintenance as well.

He took the time to explain & teach, and absolutely didn’t have to. He could’ve came over, kept to himself, and made things feel awkward (which we’ve had happen before) but our experience was the opposite of that.
He not only addressed our initial concern with the fridge not cooling, but addressed other concerns as well (issues with our ice makers) & did what he could to save us money. We so greatly appreciated that.
