my water heater started making the water way too hot, so i shut it off and called a local plumber. they showed up in the afternoon the same day and quickly found the issue. eric came back the next morning with the needed parts, but because of heavy calcium buildup, he couldn't get the old parts out. instead of giving up, eric contacted the manufacturer and got a replacement approved. after picking up the new water heater, he removed the old one and installed the new unit fast. from my first call to everything working again was less than a day. the cost for fixing and replacing was a lot less than i expected, and the prices were fair, especially compared to what i paid for my last water heater install. johnathan and eric did a great job, and now they are definitely plumbers i trust for any future work.
