I called this company three times to get a bid on removing several trees. I left my name, phone number and what I was requesting but I could not get them to call me back. I don’t know if they are competitive, good, bad or best but I do know I would not use them because their customer service is terrible.

Thank you for helping care for our Sonora Mountain Palo Verde Tree for several years. Will treated it for pest, has trimmed it twice, and instructed us on how to care for it. It is a beautiful tree thanks to his expertise.

Will is an experienced arborist. His experience with trees, shrubs, and their health is very valuable. He has the tools to do the big jobs, and the experience to handle some monstrous trees safely. He’s one of the friendliest persons you would ever meet. He is very responsive. He will be there when you need him, or he will let you know when he can. He doesn’t leave you, in your time of need. You can count on him.

The neighbor's tree overhung over our property so we contacted Cottonwood Tree Service and William came out to give us an estimate. We were impressed by his credentials and he readily answered all our questions. He came out in short order with his crew and bucket truck. He personally did the trimming and cutting of the tree and used a rope to lower the sections of the tree. He and his crew left the area clean of debris. We were extremely happy with his services.

Its nice that the owner shows up with his crew and gets the job done in a professional and timely manner.

Called for a drip system replacement and was told to text them my info and they would come out. They never replied or came out. They did say they were pretty busy, but not a company I would depend on after that.

Dan recently fixed an irrigation issue for us - he was able to come quickly fix the issue and did so at a reasonable price. He was professional and I would absolutely use him again and recommend him to others.

Daniel went above and beyond with my yard transformation. It went from weeds and dirt to a beautiful yard with crushed granite and lush grass fed by a brand new sprinkler system. I still use Living Landscapes every month to maintain my yard and will continue to hire them for all of my future landscaping needs!

The invoicing is problematic and does not accurately reflect the charges. I asked several times to have this addressed and it has yet to happen. Nearly 4 months in and the invoicing still has not been corrected. This is very disappointing and frustrating.

I received a quote for a 125ft wall 4ft high that I have all the materials for and 50% of the trench is already dug and he was at 3500$ for a 2-3 day job that would include a 200$ mini ex rental and labor to dry stack the retaining wall with pins. About $1000/day in labor. Sorry but that is way overpriced. Be prepared for an extremely high quote if you are looking for anything done by them.
