They outsourced a young man that showed up late, for the evaluation of the fridge, he opened the door without checking anything else, stated he knew what the issue was. Over a week later and only after I contacted them, did they send someone out, which was the outsourced young man, Mark. Mark allegedly was defrosting my refrigerator, but was banging the fridge and all of the sudden, he claims now my fridge is leaking freon and he couldn't fix it. I was supposed to be refunded the initial $100 deposit, over a week and still waiting!

Follow up. I was first told that they put in my refund, but after they read my review on here and Thumbtack, the owner, Mark, threatened to keep $65 if I did not take my review down... So if he processed the refund of $100, how is he going to keep $65??? Hmmm Mark, doesn't appear to be honest once again. I will try to upload the screen shot of his message.

Horrible customer service! They have been out 3 times on behalf of Old Republic Home warranty & haven’t been able to fix our refrigerator. This past service call, they said it wasn’t repairable & would let the home warranty company know this. Now, the home warranty company, Old Republic says that they said they couldn’t diagnose the issue & want to send a 4th company out to look at it. This has been going on for 12 months where it works for 3 weeks & then stops working.

Do not call. Do not use this company. They are horrible. They do not communicate. They do not tell you what’s going on. It has been the worst service Provider I’ve ever been. It’s been three months and my repair has still not been done. They do not know what they’re doing. Do not use.
