Constraction reviews in El Mirage, Arizona

Have not used the service, but one of their drivers almost ran my wife off the road. Will not be using till there drivers learn how to stay between the lines when driving.

This company allows drivers to be under the influence while driving a company work vehicle. This past weekend we were on our way to a taco shop when this company vehicle almost hit us and cut us off just to get to the Curaleaf dispensary. Didn't know if smoking pot while working this job is allowed but your employee definitely walked right in. My bf had got out the truck an asked does your canon allow you to drive like that and we kept walking.

I originally stopped in Grand building and remodeling just to take a look at cabinets and ask a couple of questions. John went through everything and was very thorough. I asked him for a quote to replace what I've already had there. I was happy with the pricing. And in the end the work is beautiful. The contractors he hired to do the work were so very nice and thorough. If you are thinking about having a kitchen remodeled, give Grand building and remodeling a call. You won't be sorry!

It was an absolute pleasure working with John and Domingo on our project. Communication was fantastic, phone calls and questions were returned and answered very promptly. Workmanship was top of the line.
We will be using them again on future projects.

Great quality work

Very knowledgeable when it comes to room additions

Wow! What a great job they did bringing our dream to life. WOW!

John Martinez did a great job.

Great service so far! Will add before and after pictures later!

We take pride in all our work And our reputation is built on customer satisfaction Thank you.

My Neighbor hired John at Grand Building to build a casita in his back yard, and I must say it is beautiful.

Estimator thought outside of the Box instead of the usual roofing & foaming contractors that were no help to me. Grand had options no else offerred. Now Saving up to pay cash.

Waiting for weeks for him to come out and take a look at our project. Then waiting over 3 weeks for a quote. Contacted them four times to get someone to call back. Finally, he had the reception call and say they are too busy and can’t even provide a quote. Total waste of time.

We had a 1 bedroom addition added to our home and it was a very seamless process working with John. I would recommend grand building and remodeling.

We went in and spoke with John. He showed us the beautiful Onyx samples that they had on site and he is coming to do an estimate for a bathroom renovation next week.

Grand remodeling built a beautiful garage for us. They did a great job, were always professional, and finished in a timely manner. I would strongly recommend this company!!

Hired John and Terry. To design my home in glendale. OVER A YEAR AGO. There have been continuous delays. On the designer's part slash his assistant.

Grand built an entire addition on our home. They were professional & responsive. They had the worst of times to build because of material shortages & labor issues. The final product was worth the wait.

Excellent general contracting company. I am very pleased with their work. I highly recommend.

Nice job. John was good to work with, he responded to my needs well.. I recommend this company for your project.

I just had my home built in Wittmann,AZ by Grand Building and Remodeling. They did an amazing job. I was able to make adjustments to the build as I wanted and they had no issue re-submitting plans. It was a pleasure doing business with them and I would recommend them to anyone.
