One of the most outstanding pool, cleaning companies in the valley and repair, of course very responsive to messages and phone calls. They’re rec kind people would recommend them to anybody need a pool service done they get an infinity out of 10 five stars isn’t enough to write how great their service was.

Scott has been out to 3 of my properties, since 2015. Very fair and honest. Looked for ways to save money. Installed 2 new filters, fixed motors, algae issues. He has gotten everything working well even with 2 pools that were built in in the 80’s.

If Bull Snot is what you want than Scott is your guy. Scott wants to be paid$$$$ up front for any work that he performs that requires any parts. Then Scott will NO SHOW & NO CALL, he'll finally show up weeks later and HACK your pool system. All awhile his wife shows up to clean on the weekly basis with more BS excuses of why Scott couldn't make out for repairs and FALSE promises that he'll be there. I gave him a fare chance to complete this pipe work which took over 4 weeks and 4, Yes 4 times to to do a HACK job. If I could give NEGATIVE star ratting I would. Guess you get what you pay for. If your thinking of going with S O S Pools Service and Repair THINK AGAIN and DON'T DO IT!!!!!!!!!!!!! Pay a little bit more and save yourself the headache.

I have had pool service for 2 years with sos pools. Scott and Jeannie have been on top of any issues I have had and has ensured my pool is running great. I have had my pool for 9 years and they are the best company I have had and a pleasure to work with.

I met Scott and his wife through the store that I work at and I have to tell you it was a God send to meet them and find out they own their own pool service company. My pool was out of control and needed a professional. Scott and his wife are exactly that, professionals, they came in and assessed the damage and gave me a price that was cheaper than any other pool company. The work was done immediately and my pool hasn't looked better. I'm so glad that I found sos pool service and I'll never use another pool service as long as I have a pool. Thank you guys!!!! Scott and Jeannie are amazing. While having the best price around, they’re attentive, communicative, and knowledgeable about anything pool related. I’ve had them managing my pool for years and can’t imagine a better team than them. If you want an amazing pool with even better people, they’re your answer.

Best industrial service company out there , you get the mom and pop business feeling dealing with them and get better then expected service , The founder still has his hand in the company ,Try and find that with all their competitors! They go anywhere and do whatever is needed at anytime. Look at their equipment, with how well it's taken care of is the same care they will have for your project.Its been a over a year since I wrote that review ,if anything else I can say is Riley is bigger and better ,least at their Phoenix location they have a whole new fleet of super products jet rodder and mud dog trucks ,state of the art sandblasting equipment and some of the best people in the business. If your looking for industrial services this is your one stop shop for all your needs

Stop blocking the sidewalk with your trucks when you're working

Refuses to honor the warranty on work. When you report a leak in the line they inform you that they will charge you for the repair, even though you’ve only had the irrigation system for 7 weeks and if you have dogs you have to pay for any repair. My dogs did not dig anything up nor did they cause the leak. I reported dead plants within the first month and they act as though I never said anything to them. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Same as previous comment. Refused to fix any issues with their work. Came out changed the watering days and time. Line still leaked, killed plants and then blamed me for changing the watering days and time and said I was watering it to much that is the reason for the pooling of water in one area. They came out one day acted like they were digging for ten mins and then left nothing was fixed. They supposedly fixed the line and just left it exposed had to call them to come bury it. Had another landscaping company come out and says the line is still leaking. So I don't believe it is actually fixed or not. I know the plants are died and and not replaced. This was about a 5 month thing and the excess water bill cause of the leak was also on our dime. So yeah do not use this company or if they did the irrigation for your new build have it checked out.

I want to give a shout out for Chance who works in the Outdoor section of Walmart in El Mirage, AZ. I asked directions to solar lights and Chance knew the exact aisle. Then I went back to him for advice if a specific plastic flower pot would survive our summer temps ... he suggested a better one. Chance was patient, kind and informative to this "lil old lady" and I much appreciated him. Hats off to Chance!!!

I have tried a few different landscapers but no one compares to summerstar landscape the guys are great and do an excellent job on my yard every time I have been using this company for 2 years already and there is never a let down!! Definitely would recommend giving them a call!!

I have been using Summerstar Landcapes these past five years. I have no complaints. My yard is always done to my liking. The owner, Oscar, is super sweet, and compared to the other quotes I have gotten in the past, he is much more reasonable.
