Martin and Sammi were simply awesome. Moved 7 big Samsung TV's to new house, installed them all with Mounts, cleaned up, were extremely polite and willing to help ... very very responsive ... simply the best you will ever run across. They will be returning for home security and a few other things. We have moved so often with Geek Squad. They are good but not nearly as good as Jeff and his team. Great value, great quality

Jeff was amazing! My mom had a problem with her alarm at her residence. I called for help. I had never used this company before and Jeff was so kind. He responded immediately and alleviated the issue. I would recommend him to anyone in need of his services.

Martin was AMAZING! Spent several hours setting up our system. He personally assisted with getting the right apps set up on our phones and then had me go in and do everything on my own. I am so impressed with his patience and humor. I know we are in good hands with this team.

Integrated Automation just installed two TV's in my home. We moved one to above our fireplace, in which there was no electricity or cable. They did a great job with the installation. Our job was done by a Pro! If you have a technical home project & your husband keeps telling you, "I'll do it tomorrow" (but you've patiently waited for him to check it off his HoneyDo list 😀), I highly recommend calling on Jeff's tech expertise or at the least a consult!!! We both learned some new things & much more! Letting go of what we thought was a few technical DIY projects that never worked out the way we wanted & caused stress, was a burden off our backs when we released it all to Jeff & crew. He had better suggestions & knew exact placement, etc. So far, Jeff's crew installed an outdoor patio TV & several solar security cameras. He even put a few cameras up so I could see the sunrise, sunset & flat roof top to monitor what's up there or any damage after a storm. His crew was efficient, friendly & left everything clean. We bought a new home that came with a tower of audio video equipment that wasn’t connected nor did we know how to use it. There were ceiling speakers in multiple rooms but we had no way to connect to them. We had contacted several different companies with no success due to the type of equipment we had which was higher end. Once we contacted Integrated Automation we knew our problem was finally going to be solved. From our first phone conversation, Jeff said he could get the job done and came out to evaluate the system a couple days later. Five days later he came back and in his no nonsense way got to work immediately. Just a few hours later our system was working and we had music in all our rooms, TV’s were working and all the components. He was patient with us and taught us how to use the remote as well as the apps on our phones. Can’t say enough how much we appreciate him and his company for their professionalism, integrity, and knowledge. We’re customers for life.
