Dazzle Pools is a great service. I have used them for 9 years now. Everyone who services the pool is great. Tim is a nice owner, and keeps me informed of pool updates, or services.

I have used Dazzle pool service since moving to Arizona in 2016. I could not be happier with their responsiveness when I have a problem and the general maintenance they provide.

Our service tech, “Bear” does a great job and is very personable.

We bought a house with a pool in 2004. The current pool company did a fabulous job, then later sold to Dazzel. They continued the same quality service to date. Our neighbors have asked us who cares for our pool and we certainly refer Dazzel. We are often absent home owners so having a trust in the pool company is paramount.

Dazzle pools does high quality work, are very responsive, and prompt. Shaylin and Nolan go above and beyond to always complete the task at hand both thoroughly, and efficiently. Weekly service in on point. Pool always looks well maintained. Management is very responsive, professional, and fair. Great to have a local business that is experienced and delivers outstanding service.

Our pool was a mess! We had algae, and our water chemicals were way off, so bad we had to drain our pool. Dazzle came over and very gently showed us what our status was. They never put down our previous pool person or situation.

We decided to give them a try. Two weeks into the process we felt like family. They are a family owned company and sweetly enfolded us in. Their level of communication is amazing! If the don’t answer the phone and you don’t leave a message they will text you immediately and encourage you to let them know why you called and how they can help.

We switched our pool service to Dazzle after using another company for > 18 years, based on a recommendation from our neighbor. He said they were great to work with and were honest and reliable. I was very impressed from the very first contact on the phone and how quickly they came out to service my pool. The initial assessment and subsequent repairs and cleaning were done 100% perfectly and exactly as they PROMISED at the cost they quoted. Very impressive team from the Top down. Chantel is great to work with and is very responsive with ALL communications. Nathan, Mason, and Johnny did the work on the pool and they are each highly professional, yet very personable and great to work with. They listen to your needs and respond quickly to your concerns. I am sooo happy we made the switch and wish I would have done it sooner. I highly recommend Dazzle for all your pool needs. Great service, done as promised and done RIGHT the first time. Thanks to our tech Cameron and the entire team at Dazzle! We are new to FH and have put our faith in Dazzle to protect our important asset. Previous owner did DIY - not recommended! Go with the pros! Love their proactive communication and timeliness
