Had problems with my “brand new warrantied Apliance since the purchase Dec 2021 , now after a few puzzling updates regarding an escalation team I’ve been waiting for a call back for over 3 weeks now apparently they are pretty backed up . I’m going to have a chat with the better business bureau in regards to the matter soon . Looking like they don’t want to hold up their contract. I would highly advise against making any kind of purchase with this company unless you enjoy getting ripped off . They should be ashamed of themselves I can’t believe this is legal . Last time I looked at this review page it didn’t have all these brand new positive reviews.

I needed help with two of my appliances. The range and the refrigerator. Instead of creating one appointment with one service provider you charged me two deductibles, scheduled two different days, creating unnecessary wasted time for me and Tam was unable to find or fix the issue with my refrigerator. Very dissatisfied with SEARS Warranty Service.
