I can not say enough good things about kevin. He does such great work and treats his clients like family. I have been contracted as a plumber for kevin multiple times. He's the first gc I've ever been happy to do work for. He pays all his bills on time and I've never had a issue. Thanks for being awesome.

Customer service these days can be really hard, but working with Kevin was a breeze. I really appreciate when people respond quickly. One of the best customer service experience I've had n a long time. Highly recommend Gridline construction.

We contacted the company when plans we had with another contractor failed to work out. Kevin was quick to give us an estimate to get the work done and was really easy to work with. The team he sent out to do the work were professional and really nice, but more importantly, did a great job! We would highly recommend Gridline Construction to anyone looking to do a small or large job, or anything in between. Their integrity shows from start to finish.

Unbelievable attention to detail and quality of work. Constant updates without me having to ask. The owner Kevin was fantastic to work with.

I used Gridline for a master bath remodel, and the entire team was a pleasure to work with. They were responsive, detail-oriented, and made sure the project was completed on time and to my satisfaction. It was a great experience—highly recommended!

Williams Construction did a fabulous job upgrading our old, leaking shower. We were on a tight timeline and there were no delays. The tile work is OUTSTANDING and we are delighted with the final product.

I was very happy with their work. The crew were all friendly and professional. Would definitely call them again.

Williams construction is very good about communicating what they're doing for the day and keeping the client updated.

Brian and his team were great. They completed the work a week early. Couldn't be more satisfied with the end result.

Great experience! Work was done very professionally and timely. The workers were very neat and cleaned up daily. The bathroom turned out exactly as planned and looks beautiful. This was a remodel to allow wheelchair access to a shower (previously a tub shower).

Brian and his team are very professional and do beautiful work. This was the second time I have used them and plan to continue to be a customer on future projects. I love the new kitchen!

We are so happy with the work that Williams Construction did for us!! We had a wall taken out to open up our kitchen, a closet remodel, and kitchen remodel! Our house looks so updated now and beautiful! The kitchen and living room are so open now! The crew was so nice and efficient, we will definitely be recommending them to friends and family!

Brian replaced the tile throughout the house, replaced the baseboards, modified a wall, installed a gas fireplace replaced the kitchen cabinets and installed a new island. Brian was a pleasure to work with. He delivered on what he promised and followed up on any concerns. Will definitely use him again in the future.

Every detail was addressed by the GC and crews. Questions answered timely. Great follow through. All crews were professional , respectful, considerate and friendly. Each crew member introduced themselves and shook our hands. Quality of work was exceptional. Left house daily with a clean up prior to leaving for the day. GC on site each day crews were on site. Answered all texts and calls immediately even after hrs! Always willing to go the extra mile with added requests. Efficient flow and project ended before I thought even possible. Trustworthy and good pricing. Very knowledgeable and provided us with his expertise advice. Extremely detail oriented and organized. Would not recommend any other but Brian from Williams Construction and his amazing crews! Thank you all for turning a dream of ours for years to reality 😊

I’ve used Williams Construction for two remodeling jobs; the most recent was a casita kitchen remodel where the existing kitchen was demolished and replaced with an upgraded bar. His crew showed up when they were scheduled and provided excellent workmanship. Brian Williams oversaw the project and consulted with us on details that we hadn’t considered. I would recommend him to anyone considering remodeling/construction on their home.

We recently completed a kitchen remodel including adding square footage to our home.
Brian and his crew are:
✔️Friendly
✔️Perfectionists
✔️Collaborative
This has been a smooth process.
Additionally, I have felt very comfortable with Brian and his crew in my home and around my family.
Highly recommend! 🌟
