They left the trench they dug open live wires though they are capped there are wires just wound up with little plastic ends on them. I have a puppy I don’t really think this is safe. They partially filled the trench but it is open about 4” deep for anyone to trip in and break something. When you hire a professional company you pay them 1500 dollars you expect them to be professional. The excuse was we are having our grass all tore out anyway so he did not fill it in. The also broke 2 of my waterlines and again tho those will be going away in a couple of weeks you hire pros so this does not happen. There was no apology or we will fix this just an I broke these 2 water lines. It took us almost a week to get the estimate and we had to call them multiple times to get it.

Poor service. My techs went to the Gilbert branch to pick up material at the will call counter and waited for over 25 minutes before anyone even acknowledge them. It took some 45 minutes to get product. Unacceptable. I point this out so hopefully the Gilbert branch makes adjustments and service will improve.
