From our very first contact with Dream Retreats Landscape which was by their web site, we were impressed. We received a reply soon after we contacted them. We were first contacted by Michelle and she was pleasant to work with. Michelle got us started in the process of having our yard landscaped. We were then contacted soon after by Brendan to go over the design for our project. Brendan put together exactly what we were looking for. He was professional and he was pleasant every time we called him with ideas, which was quite a few times. Alex our Project Manager was professional and easy to work with also. He too got his share of calls and emails. Alex handled every one of our issues whether they were ideas or changes with a smile on his face. Todd the owner was easy to work with and we appreciated his help with our project. We also appreciate the crew that worked on our project. Our landscaping was done in the middle of July and they still completed the project on time. We have used Dream Retreats twice now and have recommended them to many friends. For both projects they have done an amazing job and worked closely with us to make sure we got what we wanted. For our first project we interviewed many companies and they were hands down the most impressive.l company. From their owner Todd, to their architect Sonny, to Matt the project manager, they kept ipen lines of communication and worked really hard for us! Creative, timely, competitive pricing, hard working, honest company!!

Edit 3/3/21:
I wouldn’t recommend using Dream Retreats any longer. The products installed in our backyard have not held up over the past 11 months. Our pavers are separating in a couple areas and the turf shows the seam and several divots. Ive tried for months to contact them for repairs but to no avail. Definitely bummed that I got burned after spending good money.

Spring 2020 Review:
I loved working with the crew at Dream Retreats. They were easy to contact and always provided great feedback to my questions and ideas. Even when I threw them curveballs and added to the design at the final hour, they accommodated my requests and we’re nothing but helpful and professional.

Also, for us cost was a huge deal. We just purchased a home and that comes with all kinds of costs so we had to make sure we didn’t blow the budget when it came to our yard. They were competitive with other companies in the area so I was happy that they delivered such high quality work at an honest cost.

We want to do more in the future and we definitely plan on coming back to have Dream Retreats help us when we’re ready. Thank you all for making our new yard so perfect for our family. We love it.

We had Dream Retreats do a makeover on our backyard. Todd & Brendan were wonderful to deal with and made sure the process went smooth. The crew was always pleasant and were hard workers. Dream Retreats did a great job on our landscaping project. We used them when we first moved to our house in 2007 and for several other projects since then. This year we decided it was time to improve the whole layout. Todd gave us a plan that totally transformed our yard. They redesigned our area with beautiful low maintenance artificial turf, new lights, removed old worn out plants with new ones and moved our large fountain to a better location. We are very pleased with the results. All of the workers were professional and did great work. We highly recommend this company.

We had the best experience with Dream Retreats. My husband and I have been involved with several construction projects before and always hate the contractors by the time the project is done. But Dream Retreats was different right from the start all the way to the end of the project. They were professional, excellent communicators and never pressured us to "upgrade" anything we didn't want too. I think that was the best part, that Todd really helped us tailor our needs and was always honest with his opinion. Along with Todd, all his subs were also fantastic and every timely and efficient with their work. The project started and ended on time and exactly on budget! Sonny is an excellent designer and he was the only one who ( out several designers we interviewed) truly listened and got our vision. There was sales pitch, just delivering exactly what the customer wants!
High Recommend them and we are planning on using them again for our front yard! You won't go wrong with Dream Retreats!

Dream Retreats did an outstanding job on our backyard hardscape and firepit. Everyone we worked with demonstrated the highest professionalism and attention to detail. We appreciated their respectful, hard-working employees. Our backyard was finished in less than a week.

We had such a great experience working with Dream Retreats! I can honestly say I've never worked with a company who was more organized. We received a detailed consultation to start with and the design was exactly as we stated. We received a detailed estimate of the project and all billings matched what we expected. The project manager kept us informed throughout the process and any issues were immediately brought to our attention with options and pricing. As a bonus the project started and ended as planned. We met with Brendan for our initial design for our backyard. He was very professional and offered his opinion without making us feel obligated (we ended up going with his suggestion and we are extremely happy that we did). During the project we worked with Alex. He was also very professional and kept us up-to-date with the schedule throughout the project. Our yard looks fantastic and we are constantly recommending Dream Retreats to our family, friends, and neighbors. We plan to use them again in the future should we ever need landscaping design/changes.

The team from Dream Retreats was exceptional in their service, execution, and attention to detail. Brendan made the design and quote process easy to navigate and pointed out areas to save money. This allowed us to extend our patio and upgrade the material used there and throughout the backyard to travertine - all while staying within budget.

Matt and his team installed everything within a week and it could not look more professional. Two weeks later he still checks in to make sure everything looks great, and stops by the house periodically to adjust water timers as the sod starts to settle.

We are repeat customers. The first time we used Dream Retreats we were very pleased. From working with the designer all the way to the finished product we were very happy. Professional, timely, and the quality of work was fantastic. So when we bought another home we knew exactly who we would use to design our new backyard for the second time. Our backyard is beautiful. We had a party for our daughter and needed the yard to be ready by a specific date. They were willing to do what was necessary to get the job done on time without compromising the quality of work. We love our new yard. We also have a neighbor who called them up and is in the process of making their yard beautiful too. Thank you Dream Retreats!

Dream Retreats was an awesome company to work with. My wife and I reached out to multiple landscaping companies and decided to work with Dream Retreats. Sonny and Alex were great to work with and helped us throughout the whole interactive process. They were able to complete our whole backyard in just a couple days while maintaining high quality. They are fantastic! Very helpful with up front design and accomodative of any changes. Their project manager is also very insightful and thoughtful with suggestions fot last minute improvements on site. Their install team is does fast and precise work, even their subcontractors who do things like truf and electricak are top notch. Highly recommend.

I believe you get a lot of value from what you pay for. Where Dream Retreats shines is in their ability to help you design a holistic functional outdoor living space and manage the important details throughout the entire process. Since I was adding a pool to my backyard, I opted to have the patio tie into the pool for a uniform look. While I knew I could have my pool builder do it, I knew I would have far more material options and plan flexibility if I went with a professional landscaping company. I am glad I did because dealing with any changes through the pool builder was very frustrating.

Sonny listened to our ideas and gave us recommendations that we did not think about. There was a lot of forward thinking and setup that ended up saving me money and future headaches, which I greatly appreciated. I changed my mind on a few things as I got a better visual of how things would look, and it was never a problem to make adjustments. The owner Todd, Alex the site manager and their crew was a pleasure to work with. They were always on time and did what they said they would do.

There were no surprises on what I was going to pay. I received a detailed cost breakdown for everything that was being done. I will not hesitate to use Dream Retreats landscaping for any future projects.

We reached out to Dream Retreats (referred by a neighbor) in early November 2023 with regard to a pool deck/patio project. Sonny, a landscape architect, came out to our house, discussed a number of different approaches, and took some photographs and measurements. In less than a week, he had created an incredibly accurate 3D-model of our backyard remodel that really helped us visualize the finished product. We committed to the project in early February, Dream Retreats got us on the schedule, and completed the work in one week in late March.

The project was overseen by Alex, who was very friendly and approachable. The drainage channel that was delivered to the work site was a lower-spec model than what had been quoted/agreed on - Alex hadn't caught that, but when I brought it to his attention, he took care of it and got the right product delivered. The construction work was done by a team of three men who put in long hours and demonstrated amazing workmanship. Their tile work was beautiful, they were very neat and tidy, and they clearly took exceptional pride in their work.

Because of a design oversight, the edge of the patio looked unfinished in a few areas where no vertical face tile was installed. I reached out to Dream Retreats, and the owner Todd came out to assess the situation. Without hesitation he accepted that the final job was not satisfactory, and he immediately committed to resolving the issue. We agreed on a solution, and he had the tile guys come out within 2 weeks to make the necessary repairs. The end result - our patio looks better than ever, and we are very satisfied with how everything worked out.

Would I recommend Dream Retreats? ABSOLUTELY! Sonny's impressive 3D-modeling of the project put Dream Retreats on the top of our list, the price was reasonable, Alex was a pleasure to deal with, the tiling team did magnificent work with great attention to detail, and the way Todd addressed our concerns shows that Dream Retreats really care about their customers and their reputation.

Owner came over to install a new sprinkler timer early in the morning, even though he was scheduled to leave town same day. Crew came in a bit later and did a phenomenal job of cleaning up front and backyard. Very meticulous and hard working!

Excellent work. Two 20' dwarf palms that were improperly trimmed 4 years ago were corrected and trimmed to beauty See pictures). The owner came out and look at my trees Friday, they were trimmed by 1:30pm the following Saturday. Quality work, good price, they've got a return customer.
