We had a great experience getting our carpets cleaned! Our stairs and a walk-in closet were badly soiled by our cats. After the cleaning and treatment, the smell and stains are so much better. We would highly recommend and will definitely be back for additional services when we need them.

Kendrick from Clearly Clean did an awesome job cleaning the exterior marble in our backroom in and around our pool, including our sunken in fire pit area. All areas were covered in dirt in dirt from thunderstorms. Marble looks like brand new from when we first bough our home. Highly recommend Kendrick and Clearly Clean!

Honestly, I was waiting for the usual sales pitch the second they walked in, but it never happened. Kendrick from Clearly Clean just got straight to work. He did four bedrooms and a chair in about two hours and did a really solid job. Kendrick is a great guy, very easy to talk to and was honest about the state of my carpets. Fair price and zero stress. I’ll definitely be calling them back.

I chose Clearly Clean to steam clean the upholstery on a sofa and chair because of the many good reviews, and I wasn’t disappointed! Scheduling online was easy and didn’t require them to call me, which I liked. I had confirmation of the time and cost, and an assurance that there were no hidden charges. Kendrick was here on time, friendly and professional. When he finished, the upholstery looked great and “checkout” was easy. Look no further than; this is the company you’re looking for. Clearly Clean did an excellent job. Our carpets and couch look new and they are many years old! Not only was the work itself excellent, they also were very kind. I had to reschedule last minute because of my baby and Dale worked with me. Kendrick was very kind and did our babies nursery first and put fans on it while he was there to make sure that was ready for the baby. I will definitely hire them again!

Great pool service!!! Consistent schedule and very detailed with their work. I have kids that play hockey and always put hockey pucks in the pool. They never complained about getting them all out.

WORST pool company EVER! They are fine until you complain about something. We’ve been using this company since the owner of Navy Dave’s sold his business to RNR Pool Pros about a year ago. Everything was being done as agreed, and well up until a few weeks ago. I got a new job and wasn’t paying very close attention until my roommate told me they had weren’t cleaning the pool and that if she wanted to swim she had to brush everything down. And she would watch him “clean” the pool and he wouldn’t do anything but put in chemicals and we’re paying for full service. And she payed especially close attention after a huge dust storm, nothing was cleaned and he came the day AFTER the storm. So it’s not like he cleaned it and then the storm hit. He just didn’t even bother! When I called the owner to ask him why this wasn’t getting done, he yelled at me and insisted that it was. When I asked him if he personally cleaned our pool or if one of his employees did, he said one of his employees. I proceeded to ask how he knew if it was for sure being done correctly then? and I all i wanted was for him to speak to his employee about the job not being done right. We pay for a service and it should be done efficiently. He said yelling at me still “HE DOES CLEAN THE POOL PROPERLY! IM DONE WITH YOU! FIND SOMEONE ELSE TO CLEAN YOUR POOL!” And hung up. I have no words. All I wanted was for the service we pay for to be done correctly and if it wasn’t, for that to be addressed. Apparently he doesn’t like having customers. I HIGHLY discouraged ANYONE from using this Pool company.

I would also like to add, this was the first time I have ever complained to him. He was NOT professional and didn’t care about my concern. His reply below is false. I’ve never had to write the bad of a review before, I am still in shock about how this was handled. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Willie does an excellent job of maintaining the pool weekly and George is the technical expert for all equipment issues. All employees are friendly, professional, reliable, and perform quality work.

RNR provided us with great customer service!
They were very quick to address our immediate needs! They pointed out issues that needed to be addressed soon as well as ones to consider in the future.
They very patiently communicated all with us and answered all our questions, so we were able to understand all and make good decisions.
