I am very disappointed with the service I received. I hired Juan and his coworker expecting to have my pool cleaned and the motor replaced. With the cleaning I asked for I was very specific I need the ring around the pool to be cleaned. The machine used to drain the pool was left on until I woke up at 1am to turn it off. Neither worker came by to check on the pool drainage that evening or morning.
When the pool was completely drained I asked Juans coworker if he was going to acid wash the pool how I had asked specifically again, stating I wanted the ring around the pool cleaned. The worker was rude and did not explain much further. Come to find out all that was used to "clean" my pool was using a power wash tool. Nothing more was done. As I was concerned with the cleaning I brought it up again to Juan the day I was to pay for the services. Juan stated I needed to know pool terminology so they could have understood what cleaning I wanted. I am unaware of specific pool terminology as I called them to help with my concerns. It should have been Juan and his worker to take the time to converse with me and explain what cleaning they exactly provide to help with what I asked for. What made things worst was Juan yelled and used profanity towards me about me expressing concerns I did not get what I paid for. It was unprofessional. I did not receive an invoice of services done nor for the motor that was replaced. No information given about the motor if there is warranty or if something happens to it, I won't know where it was bought from to get help if needed. All in all I paid $1,000 half for the motor and I paid $550 just to have the pool power washed. Juan stated if I wanted to pay an additional $250 to take care of ring around the pool to be cleaned. That did not feel fair.
I was treated with lack of customer service, lack of professionalism and felt dismissed instead of helped. There was no effort made to correct the issue. I would not recommend this company to others.

Juan and his team do an amazing job keeping our pool maintained and in optimal condition. They are very detail-oriented, and thorough, and proactive in letting me know if they ever find any issues with our equipment. Recently we had our salt cell fail, and they were right on top of it. Had it replaced just a day or so later. They are fairly priced and always show up, which is a rarity in the pool service business. I can't recommend them enough. Keep up the great work team!

Overheard the conversation when I was leaving work a man stopped in the truck said their name was Monroe, he is possibly the most aggressive angry violent individual I have ever met. Was concern of the public immediate safety with his attitude and how he aggressively swore at someone who was doing their job. I'm not sure what they might have been going on in the personal lives. But still wish them the best

Bought a new house in Gilbert with a pool that needed drained, de-calcified, refilled and maintained. Called multiple companies who sent people but didn't follow through.

Called Juan Friday, he came out Monday, sent someone to turn off the system and clean filters Tuesday, sent someone to drain Wednesday, sent someone to de-calcify and pressure wash Thursday, filled overnight, and came back himself this morning to put in startup chemicals and get us back in the pool by the weekend. He set a schedule and kept to it, which I really appreciate. His prices are competitive and he's very responsive. 5 stars.

We were looking for a pool heater (the new Pentair hybrid combo gas and heat pump). Juan's company was already doing a fantastic job with our weekly pool maintenance so we added him to the quote list (something like 10 companies we got quotes from) He was the cheapest by far, and did an awesome job!!! They were quick and kept us updated along the way. He and his team amazed me by showing up exactly at the times he said they would and price was as he stated. I would absolutely recommend!!!!! By the way he is OCD in his work so the company name fits him perfectly.

Juan and his crew did an amazing job on my complete pool remodel! They made my vision -- to take my big, deep diving pool and scale it back to a play pool with extra large baja shelf -- into a reality.
