The Ladies from Beehive Cleaning did an excellent job. I items I thought were clean, they cleaned it exceptionally well. They made the place look and smell like I never lived there.

All I can say is WOW!!! We had a move out and carpet cleaning done and the whole place looks absolutely amazing!! Beehive Cleaning will definitely be my go to! Kathy your team did a wonderful job and the communication was great as well! Thank you so much!

Marcus is a hard worker and did a good job. Friendly and a good attitude.

I hired Beehive come clean the carpets in my new house before I moved in. Everything appeared great except for a stain that was still left by the back patio door. I messaged Beehive to make them aware of this missed section and requested that they correct this. I received a message back stating they would come back to clean this for an additional $75 "pet treatment" charge.

I informed them that this house does not, nor has it ever, had pets in it. I have been in contact with the previous (and only other prior) owner of this home. They did not have any pets in the house. That stain was merely dirt tracked in from the outside. Beehive insisted multiple times that it was a pet stain.

After telling them once again that it could not possibly be a pet stain, they changed their story. Apparently the previous owners has also hired Beehive to come clean the carpets back in January, and they believe that after two attempts at cleaning it, that stain wont come out.

Well, I decided to take a pass at it with some Resolve spray and a little elbow grease. I'll let the photos speak for themselves.

Marcus is a very nice young man who was efficient and thorough in cleaning our carpets. Would definitely recommend.

If they are sending Dee Hobbs to do the cleaning you can count on her to not show up and to ghost you after. Doesn't respond to texts or answer her phone.

We used Beehive to clean our windows in Gold Canyon. They did a horrible job and broke a Christmas ornament (while inexpensive) they could have mentioned it rather than trying to hide it. They took no care to move things. We won’t have them back unfortunately.

I contracted Beehive cleaning for a “deep clean” at my rental home in Gilbert after our tenants moved out, and was shocked by how bad the results were…

There was urine still on the toilet and grime all over the place. Water stains were on every mirror and the baseboards and walls were left filthy.

I called Beehive to report this, but nobody answered the three separate calls and two voicemails I left with the phone number they show on Google. On top of this, I was invoiced nearly $1,000 for this “service”.

When I did finally get ahold of them, I was told they didn’t know why the phone number on Google was there as it wasn’t theirs. They then offered me a “deep” discount of $150…

I’m am extremely disappointed with this level of service and “professionalism” of this company and would ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMEND them if you’re interested in getting your space cleaned.

UPDATE: I vacuumed the carpets after the cleaners came through and was STUNNED by the filth that came up. I’ve put the pictures on the review as well. This was just for the master bedroom carpet upstairs.

This is what BeeHive means when they say “thorough” and for 5 hours and $1,000 worth of “cleaning” service I guess….

Michael was very thorough and professional in providing service. He asked that we inspect his work for completeness. Loved his sense of humor. He does you proud.

Hired this company to do a deep clean of the areas I don’t tend to focus on. Baseboards and blinds. They got my entire house looking amazing! The team was so hard working!

Mike and Jesus were on time, quick and efficient and left us with very clean windows and screens. I do believe though they didn’t clean the window tracks.

Don't rely on the AI from their website to schedule try and speak to someone live, they're super friendly and helpful. I requested the same women who always come for my holiday cleaning, they were prompt, super sweet and do an amazing job!! No one else I'd trust my cleaning to than Jen from Beehive!!!

I had beehive cleaning out today to do our carpets. Our house goes on the market this week and we needed this done right away. Marcus showed up and took care of everything! He was thorough and quick! He even squeezed us in on a short notice. Highly recommend this company! We will have him out at our new house too!

They did an excellent job cleaning our couch, carpets and house vents. Our family has a lot of allergies and their cleaning makes all the difference in helping control environmental allergies. They were on time, professional, and communicated with us through each stage of the cleaning. The owner Nick is super personable and very kind. Can’t recommend them enough.

I hired Behive Cleaning for a move-out clean, based on the assurance from Kathy that their “professional crew” was experienced and would not need a checklist because the crew knew what to do.
Unfortunately, my experience told a very different story.
From the moment the crew arrived, I was concerned. The first thing I heard was, “The girls are gonna love this!”followed by an exasperated “OMG, Aye no!”—not exactly the energy you want from a team you’re trusting to do a thorough job. I almost canceled right then and there. Still, I gave them the benefit of the doubt, hoping professionalism would kick in once they got started.
Two hours later, I received a text that they were “done.” When I returned to check the work, I was honestly shocked. The house was empty, and yes—only eye-level surfaces had been wiped—but crucial details were completely overlooked:
* Top of door and window sills? Dusty.
* Light fixtures? Still had visible buildup.
* Air vents? Untouched/dust shoved up the vents.
* Faucets? Barely wiped.
* Walls, which were my main concern, weren’t touched at all.
I ended up having to hire someone else to finish the job. This was supposed to be a move-out/make-ready clean—something that ensures the space is ready for new tenants. As it stood, no one could have moved in without additional cleaning.
The total for this subpar job? $541 for 2.25 hours, plus an extra $200 for a separate window crew (who, to their credit, actually did a great job).
What made this worse was the lack of communication. If the cleaning crew didn’t have enough time, or if something was out of scope, I should have been told. Instead, they simply left.
As a final note to the crew: I’m fluent in Spanish. I heard everything. Please remember that you never know a client’s situation—showing respect and professionalism should be the baseline, not an option.
I wouldn’t recommend Behive Cleaning for move-out services.
