Cool days has serviced my heat pump since 2001. They are honest and dependable. I highly recommend them.

I highly recommend this company. These guys managed to figure out how to solve our high temperature issue in 2 bedrooms facing west and above the garage without replacing A/C unit as other big companies recommended. Go with them, worth it !

This is a family owned company and they are very honest and won’t charge you for something you don’t need. Jon is very polite, efficient and is always on time. I’m submitting this on behalf of my mother Eileen, she has used Cool Days for many years.

I've been a customer since 2004 and I've worked Dale & Barb the original owners and their sons Dan and Jon. They initially helped me limp along through the summer of 2004 with my existing underrated system that wasn't appropriate for my 2000 square foot house. (I bought the model from a developer and since said developer knew that the house wouldn't be lived in, they installed an underrated system that was never maintained.). Dale called me when a sufficient AC unit came available - USED and it's been humming along for 18 years. Cool Days AC also got up into the attic, rerouted and sealed all the ductwork which increased the airflow throughout the entire house. It had originally been set to cool the garage, which was set up as the sales office for the model home. That re-ducting made a huge difference throughout the house. Dale and his sons then took the time to instruct me on which HVAC filters to purchase (not expensive ones) and to label them with a sharpie and replace them monthly! That little step reduces the drag on the system and saves nearly $150 a year in filters and energy costs. Then, to make things even more efficient, they installed a programmable thermostat and programmed it based on when we're in the house and when we're sleeping. They even set it up for our utility company's time of use scheduling calendar. My summer utility bills are actually less than 1/2 of what my neighbors spend... except for the friends and neighbors who have taken my advice and now work with Cool Days. I don't consider this family to be "HVAC Guys", they're friends who have expertise that they willingly share so that the families they work with can eliminate Air Conditioning from one of the issues they worry about during the sweltering Arizona summers. Jon and Dan installed my out dated AC system two years ago. I have been a long time customer of this family owned company. They do AC regular check ups and maintenance. They are honest and reasonable.

i'm an out town owner of a condo that my daughter says in for school. the a/c and heat unit stopped working completely. i was able the set up an appointment and billing over the the phone wa given an appointment time frame was called by teck Dan when he was 20 min out. Dan was very professional. After repairs we completed i was emailed the invoice with a link to pay. pricing was very fair this is a great company and would highly recommend .

The service technician quickly analyzed why my A/C was not cooling. He found and replaced a failed capacitor and had the unit operating in minuets. His diagnostic skills are remarkable, there are dozens of things that could have been the cause. I told him that I am a mechanical engineer and I understand what he did. He told me he has 24 years of experience. I am impressed.

Mystery problem why no heat? Had to reset the system and it's all good. Had an informative discussion about maintenance, what to do if it happens again, paid a reasonable price and put this company into my phone and on my calendar for maintenance.

We have lived in our house for almost 30 years, and have relied on Cools Days' service almost from the beginning. They are honest, dependable, reliable, friendly, trustworthy and knowledgeable. They won't do anything and charge us extra for things we don't need. Because of their diligence in maintaining our heat pump units, we are still running our original units, almost 30 years old now. We are indeed planning on replacing both units, (mostly because of the new Freon requirement) and we will count on Cool Days to perform this task. I'm a contractor and I've been dealing with Cool Days for over 30 years and I refer all of my clients and friends to them. I can tell you LOTS of stories about people getting outrageous bids from "highly advertised, A+ BBB Rated, Contractor of the Year" etc. and Cool Days did the repairs for a FRACTION of the other bids. They're honest and do a good job.

We have used cool days for over 10 years from a new Install to routine maintenance for an older unit. Today, Johan troubleshooted our non-responsive unit and did the repair as well as a seasonal check up.
Our bill was very fair.
