Before and after attached! Every now and then you meet service people who are truly exceptional at their craft. Mr Duct is one of those people! He fully owns and operates and is the face of the business, uses clean organic stuff and outbeat the other company’s quote big time. Do your self and your loved ones a favor and breath cleaner air today! We already feel the difference from his superior clean!!

Absolutely will not use them again. Zero stars if I could. They use Groupon as a means to get in the door. Then upsell you to a $800 service. Or Bait & Switch!
They failed to complete the job. Had to come back a second time to clean the intake after our AC refused to cool. (Picture) Was told as the reason why, they don't do older systems as it can cause other issues. When they finally cleaned the duct. They broke the wiring to the condensation switch. Which put the blower in low speed only.. After they left, I found that problem, I then found two vents not removed or cleaned. When they reassembled the air handler. They didn't seal the unit as well. Which only sucks more attic dust up into the system. What they quote and list on their website is not what we received for service.. They also jammed up our coils and damaged them with a cap that was sucked up during their "cleaning " I asked for refund. Was told no. After many excuses, and I mean many.. I see why he didn't want to text, as it leaves a paper trail. Owner refuses to communicate further. They also took pictures of the inside of the house without our permission.
After more research, they don't have a license in Arizona. But a number is listed on their website. And now seeking other avenues for refund. If a business wants you to pay by zelle. That's a bad sign. Apparently after the fact, we were told to pay zelle so we wouldn't have to pay taxes. I will also be leaving these reviews on other social media platforms to warn others.
