Called Simply the Best when our air went out on a hot day in May in Phoenix, AZ. Jason arrived at the expected time, he was professional and curious. He took the time to explain the issue, provided a decent deal and worked on our unit for over an hour. Cold air has never felt so wonderful....thank you Simply the Best for once again providing us with excellent customer service and a fair price!

Trevor is the man!!! I can’t express our gratitude for the professionalism he showed. After contacting the office for a trouble call, Trevor showed up in a surprisingly fast nature. Tools in hand and very respectful ready to troubleshoot my AC problem. Trevor successful diagnosed the problem and had it fixed in 15min!! Thank you sir for your professionalism and attentiveness to details and knowledge of your trade. I highly recommend using Simply the best for any and all HVAC needs.

Company responded quickly and were professional and efficient when they arrived. They replaced my old unit and installed the new one in a timely fashion. The workmen were very knowledgeable and courteous. I would recommend this company to anyone who need air conditioning or heating work. They followed up in a timely manner as well to insure that I was satisfied with their work. Five stars all the way.

When I came home from work on a Thursday afternoon my wife told me the A/C unit outside started to make a loud noise so she turned it off. I went outside to look at the unit and saw that the fan blade was broken. When I called Simply The Best to schedule a service they were quick to help. Since I knew it needed a new fan blade they had me read the model number to them so they could try and get the part I needed before the part store closed, since it was so late in the day they were not able at no fault of theirs to get the part till the morning when the store was open. They did there best I felt. They came first thing the next morning with the new blade and found that we also need the motor replaced. We asked about just getting a whole new unit and he was able to answer our questions and go over our options and possible costs. He gave us a good deal on the new unit that we chose and scheduled to have his men come out first thing Monday morning. He also went ahead and changed the broken blade for the new blade as a temporary fix so that we could have AC for the weekend at no additional cost. The house started feeling cooler right away.
Two men came Monday and got to work in the attic and out back. They were quick to do the install. They showed us how to use the new thermostat and provided us a manual for it also. We can see and feel the difference already and plan to see a difference in our energy bills too since it is a more energy efficient unit.

We signed on with Simply the best over a year ago. Our AC went out on a Saturday night an within 1 hour, someone was at our house and made the quick repair. He was so professional, we brought up a service contract with them and I can tell you that these are the most professional, courteous, honest people around. I would recommend them to anyone in the Valley!!!

We had 4 estimates done, and Javier worked to obtain our business. Others dropped the estimate and left. Javier answered all of our questions and explained the complexity that is our home system. He was not only incredibly professional, but got us the best deal on an even better system. He has come over twice to do some fine tuning, and I’d recommend Javier and Simply the Best heating and cooling. We look forward to continuing our contract with them. I cannot understate Javier’s professionalism and excellence.

He was friendly, prompt and kept us informed throughout the process. Thank you for getting our a/c running again.

I have used them since 2020 for maintenance and one repair. They are responsive, knowledgeable and professional. My AC stopped working a few weeks ago on a Friday early evening. They arrived in less than an hour. Repaired the unit in a half hour at a reasonable cost.

This summer has been off to a hot start. We bought a house last year and the a/c seemed to be fine. Recently, the air was not working during the day. So last night I did some googling and found a bunch of ads that say 24 hr service. This company was the only one that answered the phone. An after hours rep told me that he would call me in a few minutes, and he did. He offered to come right out, and told me that it would be $79 or so to come out, but if we do any repairs the fee is waived. I needed to talk to my boyfriend and told him that I would call him back. He actually called me back about 30 minutes later. I asked him to come in the morning, and he said between 8 and 10. He showed up and fixed the a/c unit. We paid about $165 to have him fix what a previous repairman screwed up. Thanks Steve. I will be using them again. We purchased a 2 times a year check up service plan for $15 a month for a year. Very happy.

I called to setup an appointment and Simply The Best were ale to send someone in twenty minutes. Ryan was punctual and professional. There was a real curve ball regarding servicing my a.c. unit and he dealt with it quickly and professionally. He also made an extra, unscheduled repair on my behalf. These folks are honest and efficient. I can't say enough good about them. An easy five stars.

I’ve been using Simply The Best for almost 20 years and have always been satisfied, getting check-ups on my hvac twice a year. It was now time for a new A/C, and between Javier imparting great service and knowledge from beginning to end, I also experienced prompt office assistance, with Trevor being the best in further help; I couldn’t have been more satisfied. They are the best!

We have been using them for years for our yearly maintenance, and repairs. Last year we finally had to install a new AC/heating system. They gave us a great price, and had the new system installed quickly. They are quick, professional, and do a very good job. We continue to be happy with their service.

I previously wrote a review after my initial experience with "Simply the Best Heating and Cooling". I gave 5 stars because of my positive experience with Trevor and the office staff. I said that I would write another review after they installed new my A/C unit. This is the follow-up review. For this review, I gave another 5 stars because of Trevor and his stellar customer service, knowledge, and . Trevor was phenomenal at setting expectations, solving any issues that arose, and follow through. His goal was to make me happy as a customer, and he succeeded. An A/C unit is a big purchase, and I wanted to ensure that it was installed correctly (I had horrible prior experiences with other companies). Trevor was meticulous, and his helper Brian was too. I would recommend this company to anyone and feel good about my recommendation. Thank you for living up to your name, Simply the Best, and thank you for employing Trevor. He is a gem!!!

I've use this company since about 2010 when my old system needed help. They were able to limp it along for a few years until I could afford a new one. The install was OK, but have learned that it was below par. Before my recent check-up by Trevor I felt I was getting decent service for the money. After Trevors visit I feel better about renewing the service contract for another 5 years. He corrected a miscalculation from a previous tech along with an issue that was left over from the install.

We've used Simply the Best for years and always been satisfied with their service. This last year We've been fortunate to have Trevor as our service tech. Last year he installed the clean air system. He's done our Spring and Fall checkups. And today he installed an Ecobee thermostat. We have been very satisfied with everything he has done for us.

We were told our heating and air, was on its last leg and decided to replace our system. When we have a major project, like HVAC, we get a few quotes. We interviewed 4 contractors, and they all had different comments and pricing, and we decided to go with Mike at Simply The Best AC. After being taken advantage of with a repair by a different AC company, I found Simply the Best. They explained their maintenance contract and the benefits. I’ve had them for several years now and have not been sorry. Because I have the contract, they put me on priority when my AC went out on a Sunday. They sent someone out within 2 hours and fixed the problem with no charge. Their tech Andre just left after doing maintenance. He’s awesome and I would love to have him come back next time.

My A/C stopped working, while it was 110 degrees, on Tuesday evening. My "usual" A/C company couldn't send anyone until morning - at which point I would have had to leave my home because it was too hot. I started calling every company and Simply the Best had someone (Charlie) at my house within the hour and my A/C fixed within 2 hours. It was a minor repair and they didn't charge a fortune. Needless to say, they are now my "go-to" A/C company! Highly recommend
