Awesome experience yesterday with Z Plumberz! Contacted Ricky on Tuesday for a repair and by end of the day was scheduled for service on Wednesday. Techs showed up on time and answered my questions and concerns immediately. Provided a quote for service and estimate for the Nuvo H20 salt less water softener. I approved the install and repair and work was completed within a couple of hours. Great team and communication. Will be sharing with our community the experience we had with Z Plumbers of East Valley.

We had a great experience with Z Plumberz, especially thanks to Tommy! We had a small but persistent water leak from a copper pipe located right above our kitchen pantry. Initially, Tommy suspected it was due to our upstairs master bathroom toilet—totally understandable, since that’s a common culprit.

After shutting off and removing the old toilet (which definitely needed replacing anyway), the leak continued. Tommy didn’t stop there—he took the extra step of opening up the ceiling drywall in the pantry and was able to locate the real issue: a tiny leak directly from a copper pipe overhead.

He clearly explained everything along the way, and once the source was found, we worked out a plan to fix the leak and replace the upstairs toilet as a preventative measure. My wife and I really appreciated how quickly Tommy and the Z Plumberz team responded and took care of our home with professionalism and care.

Z PLUMBERZ of East Valley has been the best plumbing company I’ve ever worked with. They were incredibly professional and knowledgeable. I don’t know much about plumbing, so when I had issues with my pipes, I was really stressed. They took all that stress away and quickly helped fix everything that needed attention.
