My family and I just purchased a home and our yard wasn’t fenced in. My wife posted on Facebook looking for quotes and Kenny came highly recommended. He came out and did a quote for us and was professional from beginning to end. When it came time for the actual fence project to begin he always communicated what was happening and gave us an exact timeline for everything. Kenny and his employee knocked out the fence within a week and we couldn’t be happier! I would recommend him again and again.

Kenny and his crew did extensive work for me. He finished two home jobs that were partially complete. He is very professional, shows when he says he will and is fast about getting things done. It shows he is proud of his work. I definitely will consider him if I have other projects to complete. Thanks crew, great general contractor. The little house posted I wanted it to look as original as possible and they did the job.

Kenny was great to work with: He returned all calls and messages promptly, explained every part of the process and met all schedules throughout the process. I absolutely love my new block walls and couldn't be any happier with the service or the quality.

Whether your home project is inside or outside, you can’t go wrong with TRI-GEN Construction & Kenny McIntyre! My home was built in 1970 & I wanted my wood burning fireplace wall updated & remodeled. My home also has an east/west exposure & needed fascia boards & siding replaced & all the trim painted. I had a general idea of what I wanted to do with my fireplace, but Kenny did a digital rendering of what my fireplace wall would look like. It was AMAZING to have a picture of the finished product b4 starting! Any issues or changes we encountered during the process were fully discussed & explained & all my questions answered. Kenny & Turner made sure my home & yard were left clean at the end of each day & I was always told when to expect them the following day & they were always on time. Bathroom improvements are next on my “wish list” & I’ll definitely reach out to Kenny & TRI-GEN when I’m ready to move forward. Thank you so much for my NEW fireplace wall! I love it!

Happy with everything from the the ordering process to product selection to installer. Everything done professionally and cleanup was done nicely.

Worst services i've ever received. Ordered a custom door because it's an older home. Paid for the door and installation, almost $2,000. It took over one month to receive the door. When the door arrived, I apparently had to schedule an installation. Took me one week to finally get to someone to actually schedule it. Apparently, they use a third party, no one was getting back to us about putting us on the schedule. When they finally did put us on the schedule, it took an additional three weeks to get on that schedule. Two months later, when they installer came out, it turned out that the door they delivered was not correct. The installer said it would take the end of the week to get the new door in. The weekend arrived and no one ever showed up. It took me four days to finally get a hold of someone at home depot.Only to find out that someone had documented that installation was complete. Meanwhile, I had a temporary door with no locks. And just being held by good stuff glue. Sarah from home depot stated over the phone that she will order the new door but it will take 3 to 4 weeks since it is a custom door size. I currently don't have any faith in the door being properly ordered since I have not gotten an updated Order form nor have I gotten me a phone call stating that the door has been order. These photos are what home depot currently states is completed. What made me even more pissed off? Was they documented that they didn't install a door knob Because the homeowner did not provide a lock. Which is a croc of crap, because that morning at 530am it dawned on me that I needed a door lock, and I was at home depot by 6am just to make sure they had a lock to install by 8am. Which by the way, they didn't even show up until after 10. It'll be 3 and a half months by the time I get my new door installed and that's assuming it was really ordered.

Rented a welder for the 4 hour time choice, which was suppose to be more than enough time for the little piece of welding project we needed it for, but that was assuming we weren’t going to have any trouble so my mechanic proceeds to take the whole exhaust system out of the vehicle so we could weld the new pieces and have it back right before the stores close. Unfortunately by the time it was time to use the welder we only had an hour left and wasn’t worried about it because it was going to be fast, but the so called “inspected” equipment did not work! We spent that whole last hour trying everything before I had to tell them we had to go before we brought it back late and not only did we not get to use it but get charged for more time, but not before recording some proof showing we knew what we were doing and it was a faulty welder. Now we’re all getting worried cause now we have a torn apart vehicle and that requires welding but I went back thinking they were going to somehow make this right, little did I know that was a hasty assumption. I should say at least they did give me a refund and be thankful if the damn refund didn’t take almost a week to be given back, and the cherry on top of this disaster of an experience was the employee that acted like he was doing a favor by giving me a refund, which I thought was a given, but seemed like he was trying to get rid of us when we asked if there was another one to rent, which of course there wasn’t. Then he suggested we go to the area inside that had them and ask for the person in charge of it and realized he was suggesting we buy the $800 machine and then bring it back and when we come back to confront him , he has the audacity to scold us for interrupting a conversation he was having with another employee that really didn’t seem work related!

Now I’m honestly not one to ever even leave reviews but I just seen my phone remembered I went here and then really asked me to enter a review of my experience so I had to pull into this gas station and share in hopes of saving someone the headache of renting from here. Maybe just save yourself the time and dignity and do what that employee told us to do and just buy it at least you know it’ll work and if not you’ll actually get your money back in a timely manner.

It was coincidentally time for my A/C tune up, and a HD associate mentioned they were having a special on that, so I went for it. Glad I did!

Dealing with the company Home Depot uses for flooring was one of the worst experiences of my life. The management of the company is horrible. They lie and tell you people will be there to install the floors, then they don’t show up. They make appointments when you tell them not to because you’re working and they do it anyway. The Customer Service Manager at the store said she would make this horrible experience up to me in some way and then never called.

A challenging installation that was resolved with time and patience.

Very fast service, honest and fair. Not like some of the other guys trying to sell us a brand new unit when a simple fix was all that was needed.

I call PDQ AC to ask for an estimated on a 19 years old split unit replacement, customer service on the phone was good,then on appointment day,the guy they send was not prepare with the tools he needed to go to the attic.

I was 2500 miles from home when I received a call that my AC made a loud clanging at 3AM. A friend recommended PDQ: I could not be more pleased. Courteous, prompt, and reasonable price for the repair/service/part replacement completed in late July in Phoenix, AZ. What started out to be a very stressful day where I had no control, turned out to be a great experience. Thank you PDQ!!!

Staff at Home Depot were friendly and helpful. Got us scheduled for a measurement quickly and the carpet we ordered came quickly. Prices were reasonable. Would use again.
