I called and they were here within 20 minutes. They found the issue which was on APS side. The service call was super reasonable. He found a couple other issues we knew about in our older home. He gave us a reasonable price to update and we're going forward with the work.

Alan was efficient, professional and a fine craftsman. Highly recommend Alan! He was able to complete the work in one setting and educated me on all aspects of the installation. I am grateful to have a reliable electrician to count on!

Farris electric came out to my house this morning. They fixed multiple problems including the electric to my jacuzzi tub. They were super knowledgeable and really nice people. Would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

Have used Farris Electric for several projects at personal home and rental properties. They always do a great job — communicating the project details about what they will do, identifying any potential issues, and making professional recommendations. Always polite, on-time, and patient with customers…. Even when the customer is unsure of placement of lights.🤣
Most recent project was a dining area that only had a low light chandelier. It made the area almost non-useable. Alen installed 4 lights and a spotlight over the serving counter - all with dimmers. WOW! Now we can see to play games at the table, dim the lights for a romantic meal, or spotlight serving dishes on the counter when used as a buffet. Very pleased to have a dining area that is so much more functional. Thank you, Farris Electric

Losing air conditioning in AZ when it’s 100+ degrees is miserable but Marcel from Sun Valley Electrical made the best of it for me for the week of misery. It turned out to be more complicated with having to involve SRP & the city for approvals. Marcel was very kind & kept me updated throughout the process. I highly recommend him!

We had the pleasure of working with Marcel from SVE. He did phenomenal work. We had an electrician come the day before whom said he had been doing it for 30 years and said they were going to have to run new wiring to fix our issues. Had an arc fault that tripped a breaker and knocked out the lights and fans in my house. They had the problem isolated and fixed within a few hours of the initial call.

Marcel came and addressed two separate issues thoroughly troubleshot and fixed in amazing timing!

I had an appointment for service and nobody showed up, no call or text. I had taken half a day off work for this and by the end of the day I still needed wiring fixed and now I have also lost half a days pay. I would have appreciated at least a text if appt was unable to be kept, I could have went back to work and not lost the pay.

Marcel was very professional and incredibly patient in dealing with all my questions. He replaced several switches and an outlet all in the same visit. He was very knowledgeable with other areas of concern I had. He directed me on how to approach fixing those areas as well.
