Customer service is not helpful. Don't use this company. I have wrong cable installed by this company in my home and now they don't want to take any responsibility. Awful people. Pulte home uses this company. Beware of scams...!!!

Supervisor walk out of my house, hacks a big loogie and then spits on the sidewalk and plantings. Other than that the journeyman and apprentice were professionals.

I have no idea about the quality of their work but, the electrician driving truck 246 is easy on the eyes. I’m sure I can find a wire loose somewhere in the house.

Don’t work with this company, the foreman’s /supervisors are very unprofessional & rude. The concrete they use is very bad. Do not recommend.

I had a complicated electrical problem so I called Pulte Builder's service center. They contacted Austin Electric Services to resolve the electrical outage with the outage of our kitchen lights. Austin electric sent an electrician Thursday, January 7th. Mike Weinzierl , electrician, called ahead of time, showed up right away, wore a mask, and kept appropriate social distancing. Mike was courteous, professional, and extremely competent. It certainly was valuable having Mike who was very aware of Pulte's homes, their wiring and installation. I explained that the kitchen lights, pantry light, under cabinet lights, and den lights were not working. Mike first trouble shot my electrical panel outside the house. He then checked all the appropriate problem switches. Finally when checking the three switches in the den, he discovered a "short" from a live wire loose in the electrical box. Repaired and tightened the electrical connection. All the lights worked. I highly recommend Austin Electrical Services and especially their electrician Mike Weinzierl.

I caught someone breaking into this van parked in my neighborhood and sat for 1 1/2 hours late for work just to make sure nothing was taken and called 911 twice no show. I called ever number to this company. It was 1:30am . anything could have happened. And this company never once called me to even thank me.

Homeowners please get a third party inspection it you find out your home was wired with these hacks.. unbelievable

Awesome experience! If I could give more than five stars I would. We had an electrical outage and our main panel was fried. Within 24 hours in contacting Austin Electrical Services we were able to have the panel switched out. Justin Donathan- was on top of the whole situation and his colleague Steve did an excellent job in completing the electrical work. Can’t say enough good things about this company
except for I would highly recommend them and hope to use them again as needed.

Worst company ever! Bought a new house in 2020 and moved in in 2021. Electrical issues in the garage and light bulbs flickering and going out after months being in there. This “company” came as the warranty company from my builder. The said my light bulb was bad and that’s why it was flickering. I just put new bulbs in a month prior. They speak down to you when you talk to them and half the time you can’t understand what they are saying because they aren’t speaking English and talk amongst themselves. If you use them, stay away and get a new company, if they wired your house as a new build, I’m sorry.

Deserve not even a 1 star, their man only came to our house once but they insisted that we rejected them from entering for more than 3 times when it did not even happen. Now they do not want to work on our HVAC and insisted that due to our rejection they do not want to service our HVAC THAT IS UNDER WARRANTY. Please bare in mind i have cctv footage of their workers coming only once and only came right in front of our main door once.

Unfortunately this is the company that did my wiring for a new build, they do shoddy sloppy work, tape up exposed wires instead of replacing them. Blame drywallers. Said if there is a fire, a circuit breaker would go off first and prevent a fire. Makes me feel so much better about my safety.

They were called out for a basic repair job of replacing a couple of light switches in a newer build home. They refused to check the switches to confirm which ones needed replacing and which ones were functioning. The person to come to the house was rude, didn’t do the job he was scheduled to do, and then he left. Should be negative 1 start review but 1 star was lowest I could give.
