Technician was great . He came early when I got home earlier than the time we had previously scheduled. He was fast, and efficient and explained what was wrong and how he was fixing each issue that I had. I was very pleased with his professionalism and would definitely use this company for any future electrical problems that I should encounter

Fantastic experience with Marcel and Sun Valley Electrical. They replaced the original electrical panel to our home built in 1963. Marcel was timely and communicated well during the entire process. They also do a great job managing the APS/Permitting piece to the work done.

Our outdoor, garage, and a few indoor outlets inside our home weren't working. Marcel came out to fix them all! Great communication, came within the agreed service time; he was knowledgeable, respectful, and informative. All in all, a great service call with a great technician.

I had an appointment for service and nobody showed up, no call or text. I had taken half a day off work for this and by the end of the day I still needed wiring fixed and now I have also lost half a days pay. I would have appreciated at least a text if appt was unable to be kept, I could have went back to work and not lost the pay.
