Leo and his crew replaced my entire watering system front and back plus new valves. They were terrific. Worked like a well-oiled machine and completed the job in one day. Leo and his team were exceptional. Very responsive, on time, quality work for a reasonable price. Having compare several other arborists, Leo was clearly the best and the work they did removing ten trees and planting new in two days was impeccable.

My yard was a hot mess. Hadn't tended to our acre property in several years. Overgrown trees and bushes, dead plants, twigs and dead weeds everywhere. I was sure all the neighbors were driving by and shaking their heads in disgust.

My next door neighbor, who is really picky about his perfectly manicured property, had Arbor Tech do some work so I figured the company must be good. We asked Leo, the owner of Arbor Tech, for a bid. It was surprisingly reasonable in cost so we said let's do it!

Leo and his crew did not disappoint. I am proud of our front yard now - we actually have curb appeal! Smooth, weedless ground, nicely shaped trees and bushes, and solid advice on how to prevent all the weeds from coming back. Leo Covarrubias and his team did a great job removing trees that were struggling, replacing them with trees that were better suited to our yard. Leo and team checked all of the irrigation and made sure the timers and drip systems were in synch and appropriately placed. Leo was very professional. I can’t say enough good things about Arbor Tech. I had them install a French drain, sloped the yard, plant 11 bushes, install irrigation and fix irrigation and spread rock. I did have grass and removed most of it to save water. The yard looks wonderful. Leo has a great crew and they actually finished the project in two sessions. I added the rock after the first session. I will definitely use in the future due to drainage issues. Highly recommend.

We used Arbor Tech company and services ere provided by Leo Covarrubias. We are very happy with all the services, starting from getting quote, starting and finishing the job on time. Originally we started with replacing the irrigation system but we ended up adding trees, shrubs and backyard path and spot lights. Our yard looks amazing now. Arbor Tech provided a new irrigation system, together with removing some old plants and replacing with new ones and adding a little landscape lighting. From the moment I met Leon, I was impressed. He knew what he was talking about (and didn't push me to purchase more - like others did). He was not only professional, he was also patient with us and concerned about personal, physical problems of my hubby. He was always on time. On the two days of service, the work crew was prompt, no time wasted and they were good at what they did, taking great care not to damage any of our property. In my opinion, his work is superior to others. I got 3 bids and, although all prices were within $300, Leon's crew provided more "bang for the buck". Thank you to Leon and his crew! You won't regret hiring them for your irrigation needs.

Arbor Tech did a great job updating my landscaping. Leo was great to work with; accessible for contact with questions and concerns before the project began; and walked the front and backyard before starting the work that day, ensuring we were all on the same page with the scope of the work to be completed. Leo's crew replaced my front yard irrigation; they installed 3 new low voltage path lights, plus 7 well lights under my palms; transplanted succulents from one side of the yard to the other; and brought in other plants to fill in areas of plants lost to the summer heat. Arbor Tech was a great referral from Carl at "Trees For Needs" - Carl is also an Arborist who came out and assessed my queen palms in the backyard. They took a beating from the summer heat, and I desperately wanted to save them if I could.
Carl recommended deep root fertilizing, and a 2 foot perimeter of mulch around the base of the trees. Within just 3 weeks, I can see some new green growth coming up from the heart of the palms - good news. It's hard to find a good Arborist with reasonable costs. I highly recommend both Arbor Tech and Trees for Needs.....these 2 fit the bill!

I made an exception to post a review on Google for this company because I have found them to be exceptional. Leo is very knowledgeable and professional. Arbor tech planted a tree and some shrubs for us during a course of updating our landscaping in our backyard. I am only sad to say I wish we had used Arbor Tech for the artificial turf and new drip system we put in previously. We've had the crew out several times and each time Leo comes with and supervises the operation. He is always available to answer questions or concerns and generally will just plain educate me on trees and plants. He helped guide me in choosing a tree to replace our huge mesquite tree we had removed. I am very happy with my choice. The company is prompt in getting back to me or returning emails. Their pricing is very reasonable compared to many other companies I got quotes from. I would highly recommend Leo and Arbor Tech Arizona.

The Arbor Tech Arizona team has been trimming my trees and have planted some trees for me in the past four years. I recently spoke to them about improving the landscaping in my back yard. I wanted to try an salvage some of the existing pavers, add pavers and change the layout. I wanted to remove the grass and replace it with turf. They were very organized and they managed everything really well. I can say that Leo and his group did a great job of listening to my ideas and delivered great results.

If you are needing to replace plants, bushes or trees in your yard, I highly recommend contacting this company. We lost nearly all our plants due to the extreme heat this last summer. Arbor Tech was sent by a company called Trees For Needs, which we hired to remove a dead Queen Palm and sketch a new landscape for our back yard. Arbor Tech removed old plants and planted the new, and brought in river rock and decorative rock. Leo was great to work with. He was accessible for any questions or concerns, and kept us informed of dates and times. Leo and his team worked quickly and efficiently, and always on time. I would add that Leo is a Certified Arborist, (as are others at Trees For Needs,) so he is very knowledgeable, and professional. We are very happy with the work done by Arbor Tech, and have recommended them to others. Thank you, Leo and team!

Arbor Tech AZ - I can't say enough good about this Company. Leo and his crew were absolutely amazing. They set up our irrigation system and planted about 14 plants as well as cleaned up some of the old landscaping. They were efficient, professional and a delight to work with.

Leo, the owner of Arbor Tech Arizona, and his crew, Robert, Alex, and Orlando are very serious about doing the best job possible and pleasing their clients. Leo was honest and transparent about costs, the process, and timeline. (They were on time and showed up when they said they would.) Leo went above and beyond looking for the types of plants we wanted and overseeing the job. The crew used their time well, did a great job planting and did a great job cleaning up afterward. My husband and I highly recommend this company, and plan on hiring them again in the future.

I have called Leo with arbor tech on three occasions for large tree work, large cactus work and a major sprinkler system repair/replacement. He and his employees do excellent work. He is also very responsive and offers fair prices. My trees are beautiful and it’s noticeable that a certified arborist pruned them.

To get into some details, we had two big trees that were starting to become a problem for our sidewalk and front yard patio. Leo helped with everything from removal, new tree recommendations, irrigation, and all new walkway and patio.

He also helped us plan and pick plants to create a hedge around our yard, all fully irrigated as well.

We wanted to have our driveway widened with pavers that would also meet HOA guidelines. We received several quotes and chose Leo and his team. They ordered material and were on-site within a couple days of us approving their quote. They arrived on-time, did an amazing job, cleaned up and were done same-day. Highly recommend.

My 12 Laurel Pillars Trees that formed my 14 ft Hollywood Hedge were blown over by a Microburst a month ago in The Phoenix West Valley. Arbor Tech came up with a great solution to save my Hedge and engineered a way to insert Steel Posts to prevent future issues of high winds such as Monsoon season. We were so impressed with his skill that we next had him install an irrigation system that has proven very effective. Most recently, he planned and carried out a significant landscaping job that is aesthetically pleasing and will surely increase the value of our property. We were able to negotiate a fair price for the work, which included removal of pavers and concrete, installation of new trees, plants, rock and a drainage system, all completed in less than two days. Leo and his team were great on our recent landscape project (e.g., front yard dry wash from gutters out to sidewalk/street, and catch basins on both sides of the house in rear to collect downspout water and move to rip rap wells in front, light regrading of side yards). Leo was patient and attentive to our changing needs, from design and scoping through installation and completion. We ran into a few design changes based on HOA guidelines, which delayed getting started. However, Leo was able to update the design and help us get to an approved and functional design. We are pleased with the aesthetics of the updates completed and believe they will significantly help improve the drainage of our yard.
