We were fortunate to work with Mike Walker while completing our backyard and are nothing short of completely satisfied. Mike was awesome to work with, both in designing our plans and in communication. He adjusted to our HOA requirements without a hitch and brought our new yard to life, working with our ideas seamlessly. His crew that installed the rock, pavers, and turf were true pros, along with being friendly and hardworking. Honestly, we were lucky to find Gemini Guys, and Mike, because it really brings peace of mind to you when you receive what you pay for along with being treated right. In the end, Mike personally came back to replace a few railroad ties himself that needed replacing and he did it without complaint, and without question. You don’t find service like that anymore, thanks Mike!!

We couldn’t be happier with the transformation PJ and his team brought to our backyard! The attention to detail and craftsmanship were outstanding—every cut, seam, and placement was done with precision. PJ was also very respectful of our limited budget and didn’t try to pressure us to do anything outside of it, while also making cost friendly suggestions to further elevate our space.

Beyond their incredible work, PJ and his team were professional, punctual, and communicative throughout the entire process. They took our vision and made it even better than we imagined! Our corgis absolutely love running around on the turf, and we love spending time in our beautiful new space. We hired We Do Hardscape to add both a walkway to our side gate and a trash pad, and we couldn't be happier. First of all, PJ was excellent in regards to communication. He explained everything thoroughly, communicated throughout the process, and always responded quickly to our texts and calls. Secondly, without us even asking, he continued the paver pattern from the driveway to the walkway to give it a seamless look rather than looking like an obvious addition. Finally, there was a steep drop from the driveway to the rocks, and his design created a level walkway instead of one with a noticeable incline. We are extremely happy with how the project turned out, and we would definitely use PJ and We Do Hardscape again.

Absolutely the best. We Do Landscape is hands down the most honest and communicative landscaping/hardscaping around, and the work to back it up. PJ and his crew gave us the dream Phoenix yard we wanted and trusted PJ’s creativity and vision to bring it all together. Couldn’t recommend them more! Gemini Guys just finished my backyard and I am so happy! I have wanted to swap out all of the grass and add more of a desert feel with gravel, pavers, and turf so it’s low maintenance but still great for entertaining and hanging out in. PJ and the team were able to transform my yard within 48 hours! He started my project early so I wouldn’t have to wait until mid/end of June and was beyond communicative throughout the process. Everyone that was apart of the crew was super friendly and helpful! Thank you for transforming my yard, if you’re debating on using this company I highly recommend them! I had a budget, I had a vision, and it came to life!

PJ and his team did an excellent job on my pavers. PJ was great to work with. He is beyond professional and great with communication. Although we had a small job, he treated us just as well as he would his larger jobs. His team was timely and tidy, which seems to be so hard to find in contractors these days. We Do Hardscape Is a very professional, quick working, and are well priced. The work I received was amazing! PJ and Jason communicated with me through every step of the way. When the guys were here working, they would let me know if anything needed adjusting or explain everything they were going to do that day. My backyard started as pure dirt throughout and We Do Hardscape put together a design on paper and made it come to life! I would recommend We Do Hardscape to anyone over and over again!

We’ve been using PJ and his team the past few years for all of outdoor projects… and he’s LEGIT. Solid business owner who will do whatever it takes to bring your vision to life. Very easy to communicate with and will guide you through the process. Our recent project was just completed this week - adding an outdoor water feature in the backyard. Quality was amazing and finished in a few days. Highly recommend!

Umberto and his team did a 5 star job cutting the dead out of our ficus tree line around our back yard. So professional and kind.

This was a great first experience. Using Chips Tree service for the first time was nothing short of amazing and efficient. We had a lot of work to do and these guys (two different teams) not only made it look effortless but they got it done fast!

Romero and his crew were absolute professionals!!!! They were on time, efficient & tidy. We had a large Elm in the historic neighborhood which need some loving care. Our tree looks amazing!!! So good, our neighbors are getting their trees done also. Judy was amazing & took time to stop over & make sure it was perfect. I would highly recommend chip off the Oblock. I would give them more stars if I could.

They arrived early and were extremely efficient in the removal. I was so impressed with their service and can tell that they know what they are doing. The power line that was under the tree was skillfully avoided. We would definitely use them again. Thank you Moises!

I am very pleased with Chips. They responded quickly and their arborist discussed all my options to try to salvage a large beautiful storm-damaged tree. Once we decided to cut it down and replant, a crew came within a day. They were followed by a stump grinding crew, which was followed by a tree-planting crew. Everyone was fast, efficient, professional and friendly. The prices were fair and there were no surprises. Highly recommend.

Mike came out to look at our trees and was incredible to work with. He showed up on time, was respectful, and actually listened to what we needed. He walked us through every concern, gave options that fit our budget, and explained everything in a way we could understand. You can tell he loves what he does and isn't just trying to sell you something. Highly recommend

Chris was great and understood exactly what I needed and wanted. Rene and his guys did a perfect job. The new paver side yard completely upgrades our home. We highly recommend.

A very professional organization. Overall very impressed with Chips Tree Service, they know what they're doing and do a good job. Jack, a certified arborist, very knowledgeable and his comments and advice were spot-on. Jonathan, Juan and crew did a great job replacing my landscape lighting. I wasn't happy with the fixtures they'd brought, they were very patient with my request for different fixtures. Carey did a great job installing some additional lighting to complete the project and also made helpful recommendations. The office team was responsive, upbeat and friendly. I look forward to Chips pruning my trees after the growing season.

Hired Chips Tree Service for the trimming of several trees. One of the trees is a ficus with fungus. They claimed that they would treat it 3 times to try and save it. Also trim out the infected branches. When I requested someone come back out to show a branch that had fungus they assured me the crew would come back and remove it. The crew came out and removed several more branches but left the one that had been discussed. I'm very disappointed with their services.

Update: Chips manager has reached out to make things right and although we are dissapointed it got this far, we understand that these things can happen and appreciate the effort. We may update this review further after they complete the services that we paid for that have not yet been completed, as well as the additional promisses made.

I wanted to have a great experience with Chips but it has gone completely downhill and I cannot get a resolution, let alone anyone to even respond to me. We hired Chips to trim 2 large mesquites and take one down and replant it with a replacement about 6 months ago. The replacement tree alone was around $5k and we are easily $10k into what we have spent with them in total. At that time we also were sold what they called a "Soil Injection Program" which was explained as a quarterly treatment for all three trees to keep them fertilized and healthy. We had them back out a month ago to trim the 3 trees again, and airspade the roots of one, this was another $2000+. During this trip they broke an arm of a cactus we had (so sad!!). They didn't tell me, I called them out, and after much back and forth, they offered to replace it. I didn't accept because I still preferred my cactus to anything else, and we agreed on a $225 credit, and they would plant the broken arm next to the existing. Before the arm was replanted, they charged my card on file for the balance without telling me, and the charge included an additional, erroneous charge to "apply superfeed". I asked what that was and they said it was a mistake and they would refund it. To this day they have not. I also inquired on when they would be out for the "soil injection program" that we paid for in April, and they have refused to respond to that question. I have called, emailed, text, repeatedly, for weeks now. No one will reply to me. This has been a stupid mess. All over $100+ miss charge for a service that wasn't provided, (and STILL not refunded) and their failure to answer my inquiry about when they will perform the quarterly service we prepaid for.

Jack, Umberto, Gustavo and their crew were absolute pros. We had to remove a dying old-growth pine from our backyard, and they totally came through for us.

Our tree was tightly nestled between a side wall and the roof of our house making it a tough spot to take down without any damage. The Chips squad made it look like a breeze. They even cleaned up our entire roof afterward like nothing happened.

It's never fun to pony up for a big cost like this, but Chips made it as painless as possible. Thanks, guys!

We had 2 giant palm trees in the front yard that we needed removed due to poor health of the trees, palm branches would fall on the vehicles, plus birds would poop on our vehicles daily.

Hands down the best price not by tens of dollars but hundreds!! Great service, fast clean up.
