Laziest landscaping crew I have ever seen. They blow the leaves and grass clippings into my entry way and on my porch. I blow them right back onto the fresh cut grass and they leave and it looks really bad. The other companies don't do this. If you try to talk to them about it they will ignore you.

This company dosent care they maintain my apartment complex. They were here today. One of there men had duty of cleaning up what very little grass we have. The area was completely soaked due to broken head on sprinkler the went and moved and edge the site make a total mess. Blowing rocks & wet grass onto cars ect.

I have been in the property management for many decades before my retire. i’ve had to deal with many different landscaping/maintenance companies from time to time, which is a pain to find a quality, fulfilling service. Yet TQL is never a disappointment when they are given work. They never leave piles, never have showed up late, and most importantly they always go beyond their already 10/10 service. Using their service have made my years of hard work of ease. They have truly earned 5/5 stars and it is undoubtedly to say they are fully committed towards their work

I have worked with Top Quality over the years and each time that I get the opportunity to work with them, they never disappoint. Between their landscaping management weekly/monthly to their project management and execution. They are amazing and deserve more than just 5 stars. Highly recommend!

This company is a sham. I’ve lived here in my community where they have the contract for a year (same duration as their contract by the way) and everything is overgrown, grass not being cut regularly (unless monthly is the preferred schedule?). I have seen any of their employees in weeks (probably more like months). My property management company (AAM) and our HOA board pays them $14,500 per month to do absolutely nothing.
If they were to show up and trim things back as they were when they first started their contract, everything would be sticks until it grew back out. I plan on filing complaints for fraud waste and abuse and substandard work with every legal entity I can find. $14,500 per month.... for nothing!
I really wish I could give them a negative star rating but I’ll have to go with the one since that’s the lowest available.

If I could give no stars I would. First, if you call their company, be prepared to be recorded without knowledge. I called because I live in a complex that they service. I explained to them that my vehicle that I owned for five days got a rock chip in it from the landscapers when they were on property. I live in the unit by my parking spot, heard them on my side of the property all morning. Naturally, they denied it, which I expected, I explained my camera activates on impact and I wanted their insurance info to file a claim and that is when they were unwilling to provide info and stated that “people always try to blame the landscapers.” I explained that I tried to handle through my warranty first to help them and explained it wouldn’t have bothered me except the car is five days old. Horrible customer service and honestly, was previously never happy with their service but always thought that was a communication problem between my apartments and the landscaping company. Now I’m thinking they’re just lazy and unwilling to provide TOP QUALITY service.

They do great work and our porter is fantastic! Shout out to owners James and Albert for always making our community shine! :)

The melted a hole in my screen. Contacted their office directly and was told to send pictures. Have called multiple times but have not heard back from them.

Top quality is NOT TOP QUALITY! Owner of the company never shows up to address issues with you in person. The landscape crew never does what they are supposed to do, all they do is blow the same spot of the parking lot everyday they are at the property. The “irrigation” guy NEVER tests the systems we have on the property so we have more than 15 broken sprinklers. The maintenance guys that actually work for the apartment complex know more about the sprinkler system than the landscape company that is apparently “top quality”. This company is top quality for SUCKING!!

Top quality has been my go to landscaping company for a decade.
As a manager, I’ve worked with other local and newer companies in the past, but none have earned my trust the way Top Quality has. Over the past 9–10 years, they’ve consistently delivered reliable service, clear communication, and great results. It’s rare to find a company that maintains such strong standards year after year, and I’m grateful to have them as a trusted partner. Highly recommend.

We had 1 large Indian Rosewood that had grown into a second Indian Rosewood and the start of a 3rd. We inherited these trees when we bought our house. We also had a very large Acacia that was out of control. Tony took the time to educate us on the consequences of these trees and advised us on removal. Also advised on the trimming of the Acacia. He was very knowledgeable and had a very timely response. He came and gave us an affordable estimate and further education. His team was polite and extremely time efficient. They did and very detailed clean up job actually making my space look nicer than it had previously. Highly recommend and will use them again!

Twilight removed an extremely large pine tree from our backyard today. They did a great job, did not damage any other structures or plants and cleaned the backyard very well. Also connected with my 3 year old granddaughter by helping her collect pine cones afterwards. Very satisfied!

These guys are excellent hard workers and did a wonderful job for me. I was given a quote to remove 1 palo verde tree and trim an olive one that has grown out of control. Tony, the owner, had responded quickly and was at my house by the next morning with a very reasonable price quote and per my request to have work done within a few days. He stayed in contact letting me know when they would arrive and the clean up was above and beyond what I expected. His staff are courteous and very diligent in what they do. I would recommend them to anyone that needed landscape work--the BEST!!!!

Tony was very thorough in explaining to me all my possible options when one of our huge Palo Verde branch came crashing to the ground. He also walked through all of the trees in my front yard and helped us decide how to raise the canopy and make it look pretty from the street while keeping the health of the tree. I would say they are hard workers very good communication and on time. I was very satisfied with them removing our entire tree and trimming up our canopies on our mesquite trees. I felt their pricing was very fair. I would recommend this company.

Competitively priced and well managed service. The crew was very communicative and reviewed the job with us prior to starting. They worked hard to complete the job thoroughly. Throughout the process they took considerable effort to keep the worksite clean and organized with consideration for our neighbors. When they were done they reviewed the work with us to make sure we were satisfied. Cleanup was thorough and the results were above our expectations. Great work.

EDIT: We have been using TT&L for over two years and in that time they have consistently given great service. They also are noteworthy for being prudent and cost-conscious on what services they recommend. Very glad to have them providing our tree care.

I picked Twilight Tree because I wanted a certified arborists. Tony took time to explain the health of my trees. Also the day the work was scheduled I wasn’t able to be home. The crew cleaned up so well. And the online payment is very convenient. I had a very pleasant experience in dealing with Tony. Thank you Chris, Dakota and crew. You were very respectful of my property and my neighbors property. And I will recommend Twilight!

Lifetime customers! Tony and his team we’re great to work with from the start. they care about the situation and are informative, detailed, and punctual. The process was very simple and we got 2 large trees removed entirely during a busy season with little notice. We received updates and feedback prior/after the project and they made sure that we were satisfied and all that all questions were answered. Their knowledge, certifications, and effort makes a big difference with larger projects like ours. Great work guys!

Tony and his crew have done my trees for several years and does an excellent job pruning, thinning and shaping for a very fair price. I can trust his advice and he’s a working owner so it is done right. Can’t recommend him highly enough!

I cannot say enough good things about this company! My husband and I are new homeowners and had a very overgrown, tall palm tree and two other trees that were dead and we wanted removed. Tony called me and discussed the trees with me and his recommendations. He is clearly very knowledgeable in his field and I appreciated him talking me through something that was very new. Sage (thank you, Sage!) sent me a very timely quote and got me scheduled for a few days out right when they received my signed quote. The palm was pruned and the two dead trees were removed quickly and efficiently. Clean up was also so great! I will be scheduling again for the palm upkeep.
