Great service at a great price! I’ve been using Cornerstone’s monthly landscaping service for almost a year now. I love getting back more of my time not worrying about the yard, and the crew is great with my dog, too. Highly recommended!

These guys are great! They were done a day early, and did a phenomenonal job. They also communicated well with us and their timeline. We now have our dream yard thanks to Cornerstone Landscape.

We have used Cornerstone for 10 or more years. They have done very good work and are flexible to meet your schedule. They are very quick in response to water system repairs. We have also used them for planting and none of their plants have died. We have had various crews for weekly service over the years and they friendly and wanting to please.

Drives the company vehicle like a bat out of hell with a huge trailer behind it… They jumped out in front of me so fast that I had to change lanes to avoid slamming my brakes to avoid hitting them with my children in the car… Teach your employees safe driving especially when they are in company truck. HUGE LIABILITY!!

I have been working with Chris and his team at Cornerstone for going on a year now. They have been handling my personal home as well as some rental homes I manage. The pricing is very reasonable and my personal yard has not looked better since they took over! My clients/tenants have been very pleased with how their homes look as well. I highly recommend Cornerstone!

Chris and his team are true professionals. Chris is very communicative and whatever you need, he is on it!

Our previous landscapers were not doing a very good job at all taking care of our yard and many of our plants died. Chris's team comes every month, make our yard look beautiful, adjust water as needed, etc.

Chris, Ryan and the entire team were a delight to work with! They were very prompt, considerate, courteous and professional. We had a fairly small project and very often they tend to be the ones that get the least attention. We had a tree that had outgrown our yard and the roots pushed up our pavers so they removed it, planted a more appropriate sized (when full grown) tree and redid all the pavers. They were considerate enough to knock on our neighbors door to gain approval to clean up anything that inadvertently fell into their yard which they really appreciated!

We also had our driveway extended with pavers and sidewalk to the back of the house added as well as our front tree trimmed. We are thrilled with the final result!

In today's world, good customer service is hard to come by and we enjoyed working with the Cornerstone Landscape team!

Cornerstone landscaping re-did my backyard. They added a paver patio, paver boarder, new irrigation, and of course grass and plants! They were timely in their project and did a fabulous job cleaning up. Their work is outstanding! Since then they have maintained my front and back yard. They are also getting ready to re-do my front soon! I admire their professionalism, timely manner, and hard work!

I was excited to use their service after meeting with Chris. He provided me with a lot of confidence. However, they did not deliver on the promises.

My yard did not get the weeds pulled, there were patches of the yard that were not cut, bushes were halfway trimmed and leaves all over the yard as if they did not use a blower.

When I confronted them with the pictures, they were non phased by it.

Such a shame.

Chris and his crew are great to work with. I’ve had them replace my irrigation lines, put in some pavers, remove trees, and they even my monthly landscaping maintenance. Every time I want to do some work in my yard, they’re who I call. I love that even when I’m not sure what I want they’re able to give me several suggestions in different price ranges. Chris’s eye for landscape design is great. Very knowledgeable and would definitely recommend!

Chris and his crew from Cornerstone Landscape just completed a complete backyard project for our new build. Included; cactus garden, turf play area, patio cover, natural gas fire pit, natural gas run to the BBQ, lighting, drip irrigation, citrus trees and privacy plants/bushes, and French drains on both sides to the street.

They accomplished what we designed and agreed to. The crew was polite, friendly and open to a few minor change orders. They cleaned up at the end of each day and were respect to our neighbors.

I had received several prior quotes but way out of our budget. Chris worked with me to make the budget work.

Chris and his supervisor were attentive and responsive to texts and phone calls before, during and after the project.

I would highly recommend Cornerstone.

Amazing company. Chris came out and talked with us about our vision. Provided great suggestions, advice. Very knowledgeable about what will grow here in the desert, especially with our increasingly hot summers. We set the date for early October. There was a surprise monsoon, which delayed our plans- through it all Chris communicated so we had a realistic expectation of when they would come. His crew showed up on time, were polite, efficient, did a great job. They re-jiggered the irrigation lines in the back to accommodate the new plants, and left the place looking great! He gave us a heads-up that the plants got a little wind-burned during transportation, but they’d bounce right back. Sure enough, several weeks later our plants are healthy and visibly growing! I can’t wait to see what the garden looks like in the spring, once all the plants have had time to root and grow!

I have been in the industry for 28 years and worked with dozens of contractors. Mariposa is one of the better ones, the construction side as a good team and leaders. They provide great communication and logistics. They are currently finishing a large project for the City of Glendale and it looks great. I would highly recommend this company for your landscape needs.
