We had 1800 sq ft of turf installed. Eduardo gave us By far the best bid,was always right on time, started immediately. Did every step of the process correctly and quickly, and even took extra steps, gave us a great warranty and was super polite and professional. I cannot say enough about the experience and him and his team. They even took away some of our cardboard bulk trash when they cleaned up. Super happy 100% recommend!!

Called these guys to handle my lawn. There was a hiccup with scheduling but things happen. They justly rectified the situation and came first thing the following morning. I was really impressed by their work. My yard is looking beautiful! Also appreciate the management for calling and checking in to ensure everything was to my satisfaction. Gave me a great rate. And were prompt when it came to getting an estimate; also very easy via text.

Artificial turf great quality, installation and clean up! I used KO’s for rock insulation last year, they did a great job. So, I came back extremely satisfied again!

I have never had a more professional, skilled, knowledgeable and courteous service from any trade and I am 72 old. The result was so much better than I expected. They asked me questions along the way to make sure I was happy with the work. I went out to see the progress and the guy wouldn’t continue to saw tile until I either put on safety glasses or left the area. The supervisor was not there and he spoke almost no English but he conveyed the safety measure. That really impressed me.
Their prices are reasonable. The communication was great. I would give this company more than 5 stars if I could. I have another job but won’t even get quotes from anyone else because their price is right, the quality of work is remarkable and I trust them

From the start, KOS provided a true white glove service. They didn’t just start their own work; they took the time to fix the faulty work left behind by the previous crew.
They Ordered and correctly installed the specific turf we wanted,Re-leveled the pavers that had been installed incorrectly, Installed a drip system and drainage for our side yard, which had been a major flooding hazard during heavy rain, Cleaned up all the debris and mess the old company left scattered around.
KOS went above and beyond to turn a stressful situation into a beautiful finished product. I cannot recommend them highly enough for their professionalism and attention to detail!

I usually don't write reviews but KO's Landscaping did a fabulous job at a fair price. They jack hammered our old unused diving pool which was an eyesore. Filled with dirt and then put pavers and artificial grass in, which look great! Our backyard is now so much more functional. Start to finish they completed the project in a 3 days.

Eduardo was our contact. He shared ideas for the backyard makeover which helped greatly. He also made sure the job was done to our satisfaction. The clean up was complete front and back which we really appreciate.

They literally had an "extra 6 inches" to get the dirt moved between our neighbors shared fence and side of our home without hitting it with the mini skid steer. Job well done. Any secondary issues resulting with doing a job this large (Which is bound to happen) was taken care of right away.

I hired him after another company tried to sell me on thousands of dollars of work and he came out and got the issue fixed for 1/10 the cost. The system needed more work and he went above and beyond to get it working and to keep the cost down.
