I can't say enough about how great of a job John did. I needed help fixing a leak under the kitchen sink so I decided to give ProFix Handyman a call. I originally found them off a search on google and am so glad that I did. Not only did he come the same day to help fix the leak but he was extremely friendly and personable. I thought he did such a great job that I had him fix a separate issue (broken toilet roll holder) immediately after that I've been postponing fixing. I've definitely found a long term company that I will be calling regularly. Definitely worth giving them a call!

UPDATE: It's been two years and I've continued to call John for help with things that need fixing around the house. Most recently, he fixed a jammed garbage disposal, stopped a leaky kitchen sink, and fixed an eroded faucet in the bathroom. He's always been a phone call away every time and provided nothing but the friendliest of service. He runs his business with honesty and tells you what you do and more importantly don't need. I'm not one to usually take the time to leave a review once let alone twice, but he deserves the recognition. Overall great business and great service!

John is the man to call for all your plumbing issues. He is punctual. He takes his job so seriously and makes sure he is doing the job right. We were very pleased to have him skillfully remove our old sink and replaced it with all the plumbing needed. Thank you proFix Handyman. You are the best

John was communicative when setting and arriving for our appointment. He truly went above and beyond to try to help with all items on our list. He was quick, professional and did a fantastic job on all items he worked on. We are very pleased and would use and recommend him again.

I can't say enough great things about John. We had him out to fix a sliding glass door that another company said was a lost cause and we would need to replace it. John fixed it with no problems and then helped fix other things in our house too! John provides excellent quality of work with integrity.

I have hired a few handymen to assist with me moving into a house on my own. John has been the absolute best with the work he has done for me. He has assembled multiple large storage cabinets, mounted the TV, installed a new dishwasher, put in the new Ring doorbell camera, assembled the large set of drawers for the master bedroom and fixed every loose screw or other item that needed to be tightened. John has every tool necessary for the job and is very professional. He charges based on what service he provides and his prices will not break your bank. He will never try to trick you. John is always the first person I call whenever I need help. I highly recommend him for whatever task needs done.

I hired ProFix handyman in October 2023 after I moved and needed help hanging pictures and heavy wall decor. Jon was extremely professional and respectful of my home and was very thorough and precise with his work. He treated my requests with care as if it were his own home. Highly recommended and would definitely use again.

We recently moved to our home and had a list of projects we needed completed. We found John and are so happy we did. He has come to our house multiple times and here is a list of some of the projects he has completed: installed smart switches, installed ceiling fans, changed locks, installed garage storage unit and replaced a shower head. John is by far one of the best handyman I have come across in several years. I was fortunate that John was available when I reached out. John was able to fix outdoor lighting issues I had that not even a licensed electrician sent by my home insurance warranty was able to fix. Not only did he fix the outdoor lighting problem I had, he explained to me what was wrong and fixed it withing a few minutes. I am so impressed with his knowledge, honesty (it's so rare now days) and work ethic. I highly recommend him. I will definitely recommend him to family and friends.

I very, very rarely leave Google Reviews, but thank goodness I called Jon instead of a big name electrical contractor. I needed to swap out a 3 prong for a 4 prong dryer outlet and just did not want to risk it - Jon communicated very effectively, ran by Home Depot to pick up the part for me, and was able to get out quickly. He provided a receipt for the part and was very reasonable for the time. He is a real professional and is a genuinely good man. I will 100% use Jon in the future because I know he will be honest, fair, and knows exactly what he's doing!

John was very professional, he showed up when he said he would, he did excellent work installing our new sink on 1-8-22. He also came back to fix my sprinkler system on 5-20-22. And then today 2-20-23 he installed new driveway lights for me. John is extremely knowledgeable in many areas. His prices are reasonable and his work is excellent. John is the best handyman in AZ! He has God gifted talents and provided amazing service for our house. He was able to complete 7 fans and 3 security camera installation all in one day. Sarjon has completed many jobs for my significant other and myself. From outdoor facet drips, to door repair, install of water purifier, ceiling fan, wall mounted tv, tub faucet, thermostat install; all with attention to detail and efficiency. He is responsive and so very helpful. I so appreciate having reasonably priced and quality help with the little things I can't do.

We have been so happy working with Jon on fixes around our house. He's come out twice to do everything from hanging curtain rods, fixing crumbling grout in the bathrooms, changing light fixtures to replacing tile in our kitchen flooring. He is kind, his rates are affordable, he is lovely to chat with and does wonderful work. We will definitely be calling him again.

If I could give 10 stars I would!!! John at PRO FIX HANDYMAN came same day to replace mother-in-law’s garbage disposal. He arrived at the house before I made it home with the replacement and was waiting. John easily swapped out the unit, checked the p-trap for any clogs, replaced all the sink attachments complete with new putty and then cleaned up everything. Next he pointed out the wall switch was installed upside down (looks like it’s on/flipped up). This can be dangerous when thinking the disposal is off when it’s really on. He spent an extra 5 minutes correcting that for us too. He was knowledgeable, quick, and courteous. He is a super NICE man and I would definitely recommend him to others!
