Called and Chris answered the phone not identifying as a carpet cleaner company. His tone made me not want to do business with home so I declined to set an appoint me to. He called me back and cursed at me.

Tony is a true professional. We just signed up monthly service with them, and without getting into the details, a unfortunate breakdown happened that just happened to coincide with their first day of service, and water spewing from the filter at 10p on a Friday. Tony called me late on a Friday, sourced a part locally, had the situation resolved by 9am the next morning. Highly recommend these guys!

We have lived in Desert Hills for over 20 years. Lakeside Pool is the 4th and absolutely the best pool service provider we have ever used. Tony does everything necessary to keep the pool clean and healthy. If there were more than 5 star ratings, we would give it. Thank you Tony for clear explanations and actual photos of the maintenance you perform. He truly exceeded expectations for a pool service.

Tony is the best!! Finding DEPENEDABLE pool maintenance is harder than one would think but we are lucky to have seen Tony at our neighbors. He is thorough, honest, and our pool has never looked better. A++++

Tony does an awesome job with our pool. He's always there when he's supposed to be there and sends a report with a picture each week. We've been burned by pool guys saying the are coming and they are not. This is a great feature to put your fears at rest. Our pool is always sparkling and he does a great job of warning me ahead of time when something needs to be repaired or serviced soon. Highly recommended!

Tony has been cleaning and repairing our pool since 2010. He is always professional and our pool is crystal clear. He is super friendly with our pets and kids. He has saved the day a few times with emergency service when we had guests coming over and monsoon storms ruined our pool. Tony is the “trusted” pool guy in our neighborhood and most of our neighbors have switched over to using him. His prices are competitive, his service is outstanding and he’s a military vet. We are happy to have him around.

As a new customer to Tony and his pool company Lakeside Pool, they are knocking it out of the ball park as far as I am concerned and able to provide straight forward, responsive, and knowledgeable service where so many other pool companies in the business have failed. I had the pool filter replaced. The price for parts and labor was quite reasonable and the work was performed the very next day. It was also explained to me, the different types of filter options and the best recommendation for the new filter. All the old equipment, including the never used heater, was removed. I am very satisfied with the service and the friendly staff.
