Outstanding professional and thorough. I had a water leak me didn’t know where it was coming from. They expertly found it and send me to the people who could repair it. I am grateful and I highly recommend Leak Busters!

Leak Busters was great. Easy to schedule and pleasant to deal with the office. The Team of 2 came and immediately started and they checked every possible leak area. All measurements were taken to check for leaks. Darren and Sirus were in the pool checking everything. I was lucky, no major leak, but some small things to change such as a few valves at my pump and return valves in the pool that were mostly old. I have to say, every inch of the pool was examined and checked.
They cleaned up well and marked my pump valves with labels for the pool man. I got my pool evaluation report just over 24 hrs later. I am pleased with the work that was done and the professional conduct of the guys.

True story, I came home from vacation, looked out at my backyard, and saw my beautiful travertine tiles looking like they’d just finished a spin class.
Discoloration everywhere. No rain, no irrigation, no reason, except one terrifying thought, pool leak. Cue the panic.

I called my pool guy and my plumber and they both. shrugged and said, Call LeakBusters, At that point, I figured if both of them were saying it, I better call.

From the first phone call, these guys were total pros transparent, honest, and fast. They showed up, ran full tests on the pool and all the lines, pressure tested everything like CSI: Pool Edition, and found… not one, but two leaks, and suprise non of them were mine 🫣 1 from the HOA irrigation line and the other from the city main. Nothing on my property.

Then, just to be awesome, they fixed a couple of pop-up heads and tweaked my pool equipment for free. Who does that anymore? They wrapped up, gave me a direct cell number for me to call or text should I have any other questions or issues and tehn told me to have a great day, and left me leak-free and smiling.🙌

Seriously, LeakBusters is what every business should be, honest, kind, and actually fun to deal with. I’ve already sent a couple neighbors their way, and they were just as impressed.

Hardy Pool Service agreed to take our pool as a customer. They then whined about how far away it is. They couldn't commit to a consistent day of service, let alone a time. I do NOT recommend this company.

This has been the most professional and reliable company I have worked with. They respond to phone calls and are always informing you of any changes in schedule, holiday changes. The owner was so helpful when my heater needed to be replaced.

I was charged for multiple services that was never performed. Even though they sent me an email said the service was performed it was not. Twice my cameras showed that the pool tech did not show up. Once I was sitting in my backyard when I got the email that said the pool was taken care of. He would’ve never got past me sitting in my backyard after the third time I said enough is enough and called the owner and said this is ridiculous. The owner argued with me and said that my cameras must’ve missed him. I had 10 cameras on my house. Never offered a refund for all of those visits. I paid for the premium service which they were supposed to change my gaskets. They never did. They billed me change my filters and clean them. They never did when I open my filter housing the filters were disgusting. After seeing what other professional companies can do and charge, I figured it was time to give a warning to you potential customers look somewhere else.

I have been using Hardy's for weekly service since May and the service has been fantastic! Very responsive when there have been issues beyond weekly service. Service Tech Brian is very thorough & does an excellent job maintaining our pool!

When I called to schedule tile cleaning service I was told by Ken that they would clean the debris out of the pool when they were done. I had my pool tiles cleaned on June 14th. I was told by the man who performed the service he would let his boss know he needed to come out the next day to vacuum out the debris. He never came out. I called Ken and left a voicemail letting him know I needed the debris to be cleaned out of the pool. No response. So my vacuum and pool filters had to do the job they said they would do. Not only did they leave debris in the pool- it was left all over the pool deck and a trail of calcium was left all the way out to my front yard. Find a company who will stick to their word and clean up their mess!!!

Just used these guys to clean the calcium line off my pool and drain it. Holy crap was this
guy good. The last company I used took all day and made a huge mess but Dart was done in 2hrs and everything is spotless. I will definitely be using hardy from now on. The pool tech Dart was friendly n professional and very thorough. Thx guys

Service with Ken has normally been very good, lately it has dropped off. Started when he missed a week, he explained why. Then he did some work on our pool pump and cleaned our filters which was done over a week ago and our pump has not worked since, not to mention the mess he left from cleaning our filters. We got back from vacation on October 3rd and I have reached out to Ken everyday with no response. Our next service is this Friday, I am hoping he will get back to me on repairing our broken pump. I do not want to look for another pool guy again.

We're so glad that we've found Hardy's Pool Care since moving to the West Valley. They have great communication, they are quick to respond to any needs that we've had, and they are reliable.

Dart provided courteous and professional service. He's a hard worker and very good doing pool equipment repairs. I highly recommend Hardy's Pool services for their honesty, prompt service and affordable prices.

Hardy's does a great job! They show up every week and maintain things very nicely. If anything isn't working properly, they let us know and they're able to fix it. We appreciate their knowledge and professionalism.

I needed some repair work done on my pool so I called Hardy's Pool Care. Not only did the repair get done quickly, but I learned that they also clean pool tile. I scheduled an appointment and now my pool tile looks brand new! I had no idea this service was out there... Ken is really nice and explained everything that was done. I would recommend Hardy's Pool Care to anyone!!

Hardys pool service is very professional and knowledgeable. Ken makes me feel like a VIP. My pool had algae and needed some special care. Ken was on time, rebuilt my automatic cleaner. Cleared my pool and educated me on how to optimize my filter. Love this service. Highly recommend and Hardys pool service was the best value I could find.

We love Hardy’s Pool Care, We have been using them for a long time. Our pool tech, Brian is super friendly and always does a great job. They have great communication, I’d highly recommend them for pool service!

As a recent customer, I cannot recommend this pool service. Always happy to help when an upgrade of your equipment is involved, but when you have a concern don't be surprised when they gaslight you into thinking you're not seeing any problem even though it's fully captured on your backyard camera. Technician's quality of service is intermittent.

Dart showed up on time and he was meticulous and very professional. My pool tile looked great when he was done!

We have been with Hardy’s pool care for over two years. Every time we have anything going on with our pool they are prompt and it gets corrected right away. From vacuum issues to pump problems they are awesome. Also the weekly maintenance is great! Maddox especially does a great job and our pool is spotless and perfect by the time that he leaves.

My pool has been service by this company for several years now. They are very responsive to any questions I have about my pool care. They arrive on time as scheduled and do a great job of keeping the pool in tip top shape year round. I would definitely recommend them for all your pool needs.
