I have been using Hardy's for weekly service since May and the service has been fantastic! Very responsive when there have been issues beyond weekly service. Service Tech Brian is very thorough & does an excellent job maintaining our pool!

When I called to schedule tile cleaning service I was told by Ken that they would clean the debris out of the pool when they were done. I had my pool tiles cleaned on June 14th. I was told by the man who performed the service he would let his boss know he needed to come out the next day to vacuum out the debris. He never came out. I called Ken and left a voicemail letting him know I needed the debris to be cleaned out of the pool. No response. So my vacuum and pool filters had to do the job they said they would do. Not only did they leave debris in the pool- it was left all over the pool deck and a trail of calcium was left all the way out to my front yard. Find a company who will stick to their word and clean up their mess!!!

Just used these guys to clean the calcium line off my pool and drain it. Holy crap was this
guy good. The last company I used took all day and made a huge mess but Dart was done in 2hrs and everything is spotless. I will definitely be using hardy from now on. The pool tech Dart was friendly n professional and very thorough. Thx guys

Service with Ken has normally been very good, lately it has dropped off. Started when he missed a week, he explained why. Then he did some work on our pool pump and cleaned our filters which was done over a week ago and our pump has not worked since, not to mention the mess he left from cleaning our filters. We got back from vacation on October 3rd and I have reached out to Ken everyday with no response. Our next service is this Friday, I am hoping he will get back to me on repairing our broken pump. I do not want to look for another pool guy again.

Hardy's does a great job! They show up every week and maintain things very nicely. If anything isn't working properly, they let us know and they're able to fix it. We appreciate their knowledge and professionalism.

I needed some repair work done on my pool so I called Hardy's Pool Care. Not only did the repair get done quickly, but I learned that they also clean pool tile. I scheduled an appointment and now my pool tile looks brand new! I had no idea this service was out there... Ken is really nice and explained everything that was done. I would recommend Hardy's Pool Care to anyone!!

Hardys pool service is very professional and knowledgeable. Ken makes me feel like a VIP. My pool had algae and needed some special care. Ken was on time, rebuilt my automatic cleaner. Cleared my pool and educated me on how to optimize my filter. Love this service. Highly recommend and Hardys pool service was the best value I could find.

We love Hardy’s Pool Care, We have been using them for a long time. Our pool tech, Brian is super friendly and always does a great job. They have great communication, I’d highly recommend them for pool service!

As a recent customer, I cannot recommend this pool service. Always happy to help when an upgrade of your equipment is involved, but when you have a concern don't be surprised when they gaslight you into thinking you're not seeing any problem even though it's fully captured on your backyard camera. Technician's quality of service is intermittent.

Dart showed up on time and he was meticulous and very professional. My pool tile looked great when he was done!

We have been with Hardy’s pool care for over two years. Every time we have anything going on with our pool they are prompt and it gets corrected right away. From vacuum issues to pump problems they are awesome. Also the weekly maintenance is great! Maddox especially does a great job and our pool is spotless and perfect by the time that he leaves.

My pool has been service by this company for several years now. They are very responsive to any questions I have about my pool care. They arrive on time as scheduled and do a great job of keeping the pool in tip top shape year round. I would definitely recommend them for all your pool needs.

Once my pool’s pump started flooding the surrounding area late June of last year, I absolutely gave up on my pool. In the interim, it became nasty swamp green. I was afraid to actually get it fixed for fear that I needed to have pipes underground replaced and it would be extremely expensive. Ken came out to take a look. He is the owner and extremely knowledgeable. By just listening to the pump he was able to assure me it was a gasket and not expensive underground plumbing. The pool was drained one day and worked on the next. Employee Javier did a phenomenal job replacing piping, my sand, the pump gasket, installed new plate underneath the pump and chlorine pressure washed the pool. I woke up to a pristine pool that honestly I never saw before, even when I moved in back in 2008! I could not be more happy! And the price… Saved me a ton of money!!

Have used Ken Hardy and his team 3 times over last 15 years for pebble tec acid wash and tile bead blast. Pool always looks amazing when they’re done. Our technician this time was Dart, who was prompt, courteous and efficient. No hassle service at a fair price every time.

We gave Hardy's a try after our previous pool service provider retired. I was immediately impressed by Ken's prompt response and the timeliness of the service. I also engaged Hardy's to bead-blast (clean the mineral deposits from) my tile and it looks like brand new. Dartanyan did an amazing job and communicated with me along the way.
I have signed up for weekly service and my pool has never looked better.
I understand that others may have not had the same experiences, but for me it has been a big win so far.

These guys lack communication and integrity. Almost got SCAMMED! They came to do repairs on my pool which needed filters and was drained, so also a power wash. After they did most of the job and were paid they failed to come back and finish the job for days, no notice no response. I had to let them know I would be pursuing legal action, if they didn't finish the job. (Note: they lied and said they tried to reach out to me, but I was home and received no texts or missed calls) When they finally appeared the worker came and snapped the lid on the filter tank and left. I saw with my own eyes what he did. So I reached out to the company and they sent the worker back. (He showed up unannounced but I was outside) He told me that all my valves were "broken" and he couldn't do anything but I would need to replace ALL of my plumbing! Of course that would be more money. The company claimed that the valves were broken already, but there were broken pieces of the valve under the pipes. Because I was already working with a pool maintenance company and a contractor installed a new pump prior to Hardy's Pool Care, I reached out to confirm what I had already known and seen with my own eyes, that all of the valves were working and functional. So, I reached out to another company who was able to come immediately and turn the valves to operate the pools without any effort or hesitation. (Took less than 10 minutes) The valves were functioning as normal and they were not broken. BEWARE if you deal with these guys; get a second opinion, they will try to get your money, lie to your face and then ghost you leaving you with more mess than when they came. It's hard to find decent people out there not trying to scam and prey on you. If those are qualities you care about you won't find them at Hardy's Pool Care.

What a wonderful experience working with this company! Ken was my first contact, he was pleasant and down to earth. Walked me through everything I needed done, got me on the schedule quickly and at a pretty good price. Dart was here doing the work on the pool and replacing motor on pump. Got to talk with him. Friendly and courteous guy. Looked them up on Thumbtack website. Ken responded within hours, and now they are my new weekly pool guys. Thank you for getting my pool back in shape.

Called Hardy’s Pool service and they were able to come out the next day to clean my DE filters and vacuum my pool. Dart arrived and was very knowledgeable with answering all my questions. He was very courteous & professional. Great work. I recommend Hardy’s Pool service.
