Tommy has done several jobs for me over the years. He is honest, trustworthy, competent, professional, shows up on time, and always takes care or whatever the job entails; from new construction to replacing a toilet. I highly recommend Tommy. *Side note: I am a single female and have never felt uncomfortable with him working at my house.

From start to finish, my experience with Estrella Mountain Plumbing showcased what customer service with honesty and integrity should be. Hesitant in making the initial call as it was something I knew I could do but didn't want to make the investment in the proper tools I decided to outsource my plumbing need to a professional - and true professionals they are. I made the call late in the afternoon and let their dispatcher know what service I needed performed involving my water softener (the company who installed it never installed any bypass valves on the loop) and I inquired if an estimate could be given, having been in the service industry myself, I truly appreciated being asked if they could return my call as the person who answered wasn't entirely sure. To me that was the best way of handling my request. In just a short time, a return call was made and was surprised that the "ballpark" estimate was below what I had expected and the communication didn't just stop their. I was called and told that there was a slight delay in parts and called a couple of times to confirm the appointment. Once their tech showed up to my home, he introduced himself with his name and a firm handshake, his appearance and attire was very clean considering I could very well have been his last job for the day. I walked him over to where the water softener was and was blown away that he took the time to explain to me what needed to be done and how it needed to be done. I was further impressed by his honesty when he said that an accessory I had purchased in preparation for the removal of the water softener was really all I needed and that ball valves were not needed. He also took the time to educate me on a couple of things and answered a few questions I had. Not once did he make me feel like I was an idiot for not doing the job myself. I happily paid their invoice (which was obviously less than I was quoted) for the quick work and the knowledge he left me with.

Not impressed with the customer service I received this morning when reaching out to make an appointment with this company. I rent this home and my property manager asked me to reach out to schedule an appt since the first time we had a scheduled appt this company no called no showed. Not sure who I talked to but I was told this company has been in contacted with the owner of the house not the property management company and stated “ we never had a set schedule or date to come to the property” not sure why a business would run like this consider people have lives and cannot be around all times of the day. My property management told me we had an appt June 4th, this company shows up 5 days later in the middle of the day expecting to make repairs. Apparently my husband telling them that no one is home and they were supposed to be there days ago pissed them off because the gentleman on the phone was less than pleased to make some money.

Ghosted/blocked me after getting scared of my dog. Had important renovation to start and he came into my house to give me a quote. Never gave me a price and ghosted any texts. Had to scramble to find another plumber. 2 stars because he did work a while before and did a good job from what I can tell. Could have given the courtesy to say he won’t do it rather than ghost me.

Very flexible and competent service. Clear communication and did a good job giving me options. Super friendly and have already used them on multiple projects (tankless hot water heater, plumbing for washer, reverse osmosis system, water softening system, general plumbing and re-routing, fixture installs). Would definitely recommend! And very competitively priced.

I had two plumbers tell me that my shower valve was obsolete and could not be replaced and I would have to get a complete new shower at estimates of $15k-18k. Tommy and Ruben were able to resolve my problem, fix the existing valve, and saved me thousands. They worked fast, efficient, and the clean-up was impeccable. I couldn't be happier or recommend them more!

From start to finish this outfit was kind, professional, and knowledgeable. Sylvia, the office manager, was amazing. Every interaction was pleasant. They were able to schedule me fast and arrived right on time. No waiting all day! The gentleman were very personable and professional, and they even wore booties to keep my floors clean. They looked at my toilet and immediately knew what the issue was! Pricing is great and I would absolutely use them again.

Friendly, polite, accomidating and they did it right! Highly reccomend Jordan and his crew. They did a great job and got us using water again in no time.

Charged $350 to replace the wax toilet bowl gasket. Job took about half an hour. Left without installing bolt caps.

I called Near me Plumbing and they came out within a few hours. They were able to clear out the persistent roots, they worked for over 2.5 hours in the heat to try to clear the line. I have been trying myself and own a jetter and camera system, this was a hail Mary to see if someone else could get it. In the end they showed me the exact location of the blockage and confirmed it was a damaged drain.
They definitely earned the $295!! I went upstairs to grab my walked and when I came back they said no charge because they couldn't clear it.
So if you want a professional reasonable company they will do anything to fix your problem just call these guys!

FYI I am a licensed general contractor and don't find this kind of professionalism is most subs.

Jordan was friendly and very professional and we highly recommend him and Near Me Plumbing & drains. He installed and updated new values and a pressure reduction valve we needed. His prices were reasonable and he was quick to get out here.

We have used these guys 3 times already; once for a leaky toilet, then a failed garbage disposal, and today our leaky kitchen faucet. Each time was full of great service, competitive prices, and a wealth of information. Jared is always looking out for what’s best for the customer- and tells us valuable information on how to protect our home from plumbing issues in the future. Him and Dakota today were top notch, respectful, and actually fit us in to their schedule so that they could be early! Near me plumbing is the only plumbers we’d want working on our home.

We've used Near Me Plumbing at least 3 times. They've fixed a leak under my sink, replaced a disposal and more recently Jordan and Austin cut away my garage sealing, found and fixed a leak. They always come out quickly and are professional and reasonably priced. I highly recommend them!
