They're very busy this time of the year so we had to wait several days for a repair to our underground watering system. It was a very small leak that could wait. They're worth waiting for - their repairman arrived and fixed the leak in very short order! They're the best and we wouldn't use anyone else!

Points West is always on time, and always responsive to my needs. I have been generally very pleased with their work, and they have done a LOT of work here!!! They are especially good at grooming my place!!! I would recommend them for routine maintenance, driveway rocks, "fake" grass, and for irrigation concerns.

We purchased some boulders and gravel at a reasonable price. The staff was friendly and really helpful. They did what they said they were going to do when they said they were going to do it. I can’t ask for more than that. Highly recommend them.

I can't say enough good about this business. Ed gave me an overview of what they could do for me along with pricing information. He was very easy to work with. Aaron came to do the work. He was courteous & listened to what I was looking for. He was on time and did a great job. He did trimming, clean-up and weed control. I look forward to a continued relationship with this top notch company.

The two Points West landscapers were scheduled to arrive between 12:30 and 2:30 p.m. and pulled up right on time at 1:50 p.m. After discussing my needs, they went right to work and completed all of the trimming, leaf blowing, and other tasks in just 1 hour and 15 minutes, instead of the original estimate of 2 hours, saving me money in the process. Based in this, my first experience with Points West, I would say they are punctual, friendly, efficient, courteous, and professional. They will hopefully be returning on a regular basis in the future to help take care of my landscaping needs.

Points West does a fantastic job with our monthly landscaping. The men are very courteous, work hard and always ask questions on what we want done. Ed is amazing, he has worked tirelessly ensuring all my watering needs are met and has the patience with me of a Saint, honestly. I know only WA weather, have never lived in the desert, have never had irrigation and I LOVE plants and flowers and want them in my yard looking beautiful, he always listens and does what he says he will do for us. Anyhow, I would highly recommend Points West to everyone, they are truly great.

This company has been taking care of my yard for several years. They send emails with upcoming service dates and always arrive within the service window. They do a great job and make everything easy. Recently a large branch fell from my palo verde tree and they were able to come the same day to chop it up and cart it away. Thanks so much to Eddy and his team!

Ed runs a good crew. They show up un time and handle special requests. They put in a new irrigation system and refreshed the yard, bringing in new rock, etc. for me as well.
The HOA I was a board member on hired him and they do a great job. I hired them for my home.
