Outstanding!!! I'm talking from the time shortly after I filled out the contact info on South Mountain Window Cleaning web-site, I received the initial call, talked with Jeremiah Green to set appointment. Jeremiah came out and effectively communicated not only price but expectations. A few days later came out cleaned all windows inside and out. One word = OUTSTANDING!!

The guys were prompt and very pleasant. However I hired them to do the outside of my two story house. Two of the upstairs Windows had a cover. They washed one of them but did not attempt to clean the other. when they were done they put all of their equipment up and didn't mention they hadn't done one window until I said something about it and they told me they didn't think either of them would be able too reach the window. I was very disappointed because they didn't even try to get to the window. They gave me a small $7 discount for not making the attempt. But they could have probably gotten the window done had they come through the house and done it. But nobody bothered to even make the attempt or say anything to me about it.I spent a lot of money to get those windows clean. Had I known they we're going to leave it I would have used a different window cleaner. To add to my disappointment when I received my receipt online it was still showing that I owe the $7. I contacted the office of the young lady quickly rectified the situation but I don't think there should have been a situation

The window cleaning team was on time, courteous, and professional. They got all my windows and screens cleaned quickly and my house has never looked better! I’m mostly excited about the window I can’t reach being clean because it was incredibly cloudy before and now I can actually enjoy it. Thanks, South Mountain Window Cleaning!
