Grasshopper Landscaping LLC just did a major hedge and garden install at our home in Hereford. From estimate to cleanup, these folks are professional, curtious, excellent communicators, and great installers. They worked with us to allow me to do what level of work I could, and they did the rest. We're delighted, and give them our highest recommendation!

Our watering system would not shut off. Grasshopper got us on the calendar as quick as they could, they communicated regularly with us so we all were on the same sheet of music as far as when the repair would happen, what it would cost, and how the Grasshopper team would interact with us during this COVID environment. They quickly identified the issue, replaced the bad part and checked the system end-to-end to make sure it was watering everything appropriately.

Bought a HUD Repo house that had sat unoccupied for months, maybe even a whole year. With everything needing fixing, the yard fell to the bottom half of the To-Do list. Out come monsoons and up come the weeds. Yard turned into a jungle. Called Grasshopper as the first company, had them do a quote and ended up hiring them. They did a fantastic job! Even had a neighbor yell out across the street that very day when I got home, complimenting their work, saying it looks like a new yard/house. Price was reasonable, office staff were incredibly friendly. Overall very satisfied and would recommend to others with no hesitation.

One other small detail: they always picked up the phone. It seems so insignificant, but in dealing with dozens of companies/contractors in the past few months, answering the phone seems to be an impossible task. It was incredibly satisfying to be able to speak with someone during business hours at Grasshopper during the few times I called.

This is a very professional, high quality business. The crew was on time, courteous, and very through. They brought enough men and equipment and knew exactly what to do. No wasted time that could lead to extra charges. Cost estimate was right on. My yard has never looked better. I will definitely use them again for this type of work.

They are a great group that come out. They work hard and always helpful when I ask for some extra help, like hooking up a hose, moving something. I appreciate them a lot. They have come and replaced my sprinkler system, fixed some irrigation hoses. Excellent job with pre-emergence. Weeds gone. Happy with my twice a month service.

Grasshopper installed a telescoping flagpole today. Their service couldn't have been better. Professional, friendly and worked hard to get it done. I contacted Grasshopper after speaking with a friend who used them. The entire process was exactly how I imagined. The owner came by initially and we talked about what I wanted, he measured, had samples of the materials they use, which helped me to select the appropriate materials. They showed up on the day selected and got to work immediately, they kept me posted on what was happening, and to be honest, they went above and beyond what I expected. They are true professionals and were a pleasure to work with them.

We had some rodents chew through some of the pipes of our irrigation system. The guys who came out were super friendly and knowledgeable, quick and efficient. They answered our questions about how the system worked and set it to run for us. Would definitely recommend them!
