Poor workmanship, delays and unprofessional response a protocols

The Tech was amazing. There was quite a bit of lack of communication from when the salesman signed us in Home Depot and the various calls afterwards from the office

From start to finish it was smooth! Helped me find the right water heater, ordered it to my house, and delivered and installed with zero hiccups! Kudos to the entire time for making my experience a success

Gentlemen did a wonderful job delivering my appliances.

Well i went there with a dream of purchasing a kitchen but an return came out with a really horrible experience. Margi Stevenson who is the design consultant was really rude by telling us the the was no time for us that she was gonna get busy since like didn't want help us .

Everything went well, but when I had to ask the guy who has been helping me he was kinda "busy" so he told me to ask another associate. This turned out to be a crackhead irrigation plumber who was there as a customer. Stick to thumbtack. Their contractor pricing plus the install is a steal. Shame on home Depot for letting a veteran have to ask from help from a cracked out customer

I paid for my daughter’s shutters for her office as a birthday gift. They were installed this week and look great. Art was great!

Ezequiel from Parker and Son’s did an awesome job. He was punctual, kind, respectful. He checked the two units, asked if filters needed to be replaced and helped replace the one upstairs. He showed me how to hose down the units outside as he was did them. I have not had this kind of great service in years. He made recommendations and was honest about pricing.

We worked with Home Depot on two projects. 1. Replaced carpet on stairway with wood laminate flooring and 2. Replaced carpet in master bedroom.
The master bedroom project went pretty well. The installers were able and to make a last minute change to the original order. That was great. The only negative was that there was some damage to the walls in the stairway when the carpet was brought upstairs.
The stairway project did not go as well. There were some mistakes in the ordering of the product and there were some delays in getting the product. This portion of the project took three months to complete. The actual install went pretty well. We enjoyed working with the installer and he was very responsive. We were not 100% happy with the final installation and ended up caulking all of the edges to clean up the look of the laminate.
All in all, I do not think I would use Home Depot again for this type of project. The challenges we faced were due mainly to untrained staff AND staffing shortages. The actual sales associate we worked with was fantastic, but she could not make up for the delivery mix ups and staffing challenges. That’s more of a managerial issue. Someone in middle management needs to review these installs to find and fix the processes. It shouldn’t have been this difficult. -
I’m very happy with my carpet installation. The team was punctual, courteous, and knowledgeable. They moved furniture carefully, cleaned up afterward, and the carpet was installed perfectly with no issues. The quality and craftsmanship really show.
