Curtis was very professional and did an amazing job cleaning my chimney that hadn’t been done in at least 6 years. It was nasty dirty, but there was absolutely no mess in my home! He got on the roof and inspected the exterior and gave me a detailed explanation of all aspects of my chimney. It’s nice to hear a professional inspector tell you that your stuff is in great condition. Definitely will use again and recommend to anyone with a fireplace!

I was very impressed by this company. Curtis and the staff at Chim Chim Cheroo are AWESOME. I called Curtis to service my dryer vents and Im glad I did. My vents were very very clogged. A fire hazard to be exact. Curtis was able to squeeze me in his schedule for the same day. I was very impressed by his professionalism and knowledge of his trade. He was very courteous and cleaned up after himself. No dirt left behind!!! As Curtis was leaving he made time to play basketball with my son. Which I thought was the sweetest thing ever. My husband is retired from the U.S. Army and has many injuries from his service, preventing him from moving around without a struggle. Curtis was very knowledgeable. He started by inspecting our gas fireplace and cleaning up the soot and dust. Then he went above and beyond by cleaning the glass doors!
Curtis then went on the roof in order to clean the dryer vent. Curtis did a great job and we would definitely recommend Chim Chim Cheroo to everyone who has a fireplace and/or dryer vent that needs cleaning!

I was so impressed with the service I received on 9/10/2020. My Fireplace wasn't working and didn't know what to do or how to get it to turn on. I asked my "Nextdoor" Community ad was referred to "Chim Chim Cheroo" I spoke with a gentlemen by the name of Curtis. Curtis stated he could come out the same day to look at what was the issue and give me an estimate. I was certainly glad I met with him that day. Curtis was Professional, Efficient, Timely, Affordable, and overall just a Nice Young Man. Curtis came out to clean our dryer vent. We would have to run the dryer a few times for clothes to dry. After he cleaned the vent we have no issues. He was fast and there was no mess left behind. He was on time and very professional! I would definitely recommend Curtis for this service!

Excellent service! I was able to get a same day appointment and Curtis arrived right on time. He was polite and professional. My mom, who can barely get around these days mentioned that her dryer was extremely hot after one use and left her clothes still damped. I told her to stop using it immediately in fear that her house would catch fire. I contacted Chim Chim Cheroo and Curtis wasted no time getting to her house. He explained everything with so much detail and even showed my parents before and after pictures/videos.
