Sold me a linner that lasted less than a year. They came back to patch for $200.00. The patch lasted less than a week. This company is a joke. Wish I would have listened to my friend and stayed away.

I was dreading the responsibility of finding a swimming pool cleaner for the apartment complex that I manage but Blue Utopia was a great choice. Even with the heavy traffic we experience, the pool is always clean and sanitary.

The Blue Utopia team are extremely professional and knowledgeable in the their craft. I really appreciate the “check in & check out” email that includes photos every time my pool is serviced.

Unreliable, unprofessional, and stole my money. Don't bother calling. The managers answer for everything is I don't know. I have been calling them over and over for the last few weeks asking why my pool doesn't get cleaned on schedule like it should. Her reply is DON'T KNOW. I kid you not, I be gotten better answers from my 5 year old. This place is absolutely horrible. Quick to take your momey, but can't come out once a week to do the job. If anyone can find Josh or any other pool guy, let them know my pool needs to be cleaned. Still. Lolol. Do not use this company. Seriously.

I received a phone call from Chris (Owner) this morning in regards to my previous review. Chris was very apologetic, professional, and sincerely seemed upset that my experience with his company was less than satisfactory. Now that the issue has been resolved with Chris, I am confident moving forward that my pool will be cleaned on time and balanced correctly. Chris, I thank you for your call and your concern, as well as your effort to make an upset customer happy. It was refreshing to speak with you and I look forward to remaining a customer for years to come. My recommendation to anyone that has had a bad experience over the last 5 weeks with AAMCO would be to give them a call and speak to Chris or his wife. They are both good people that care about the success of their business and are more than willing to do what is right when need be. Thank you AAMCO.

Kurt & Blue Utopia Pools have been thorough, professional and, above all, have been there for us when we needed them without exception. Maintenance has been reliable and consistent.

I’ve had Blue Utopia for 3 months now and I am totally happy with their services! Always show up on designated service day and love how they send a picture of the pool after service! Highly recommend.

A zero is more appropriate for this place. Ordered pool pump for install two weeks in advance. Took day off and pool tech is a no show. Call company and tech doesn't remember anything. Tells me all call you right back. A few minutes later get a call office now wanting credit card to order part and set another appt. Down the road. Very unprofessional.

My Property Management company hired this company to take care of my pool. They drained and refilled the pool and then they were supposed to do the monthly care. Unfortunately they just quit coming and the tenants did not let me know that they had just quit coming out. By the time I found out the pool was green and I had to pay once again 4 months later to have the pool drained and refilled. How unprofessional to just quit coming out especially in the summer during the hottest months of the year.
